From the Scheduler, Angie, to the electrician that came out, Sergey, it was a totally great experience. We got an appointment in a reasonable time and Sergey was actually early getting here. He was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, but always asked for consent to do anything extra and always explained the billing. No surprises!We had a new light fixture and two new light switches installed. (Some very important and helpful information about how the light switches needed to be compatible with the type of light bulbs you use… who knew! Well, probably everyone but me…). He even did a safety check of our circuit box. All in all, I would highly recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs!

Amazing response! My project was completed within one day! I appreciate their no-pressure bid process. We accepted their bid and Joshua did a fabulous job. He is efficient , considerate, and did high quality work. He also knows Ring products very well and helped us make the best placement.

Clay did a wonderful job fixing an outdoor light fixture. He was easy to work with and kept me up to date on the process. I highly recommend him and this company!

The receptionist provides excellent customer care . Electrician, Sergey Lange, is highly competent, professional, friendly, patient with customer questions and concerns. He completed a mountain of work in one 12 hour day based on an approved task based quote for the job. He installed four new lines and relabeled the garage electrical panel in preparation for a garage remodel mini split, refrigerator, central vacuum and powerful motor new insulated garage doors. New lighting and outlets also installed. I was anxious about it all and he remained calm.

On schedule, Sergey Lange arrived to diagnose the problems and put together an estimate to correct them. The next day, Sergey and Clayton Lawrence worked non-stop to complete the work. They were neat, organized, and professional. We were very satisfied. Excellent work.

Great service. Contacted me and scheduled to come the next day. Evaluated my needs and gave me a quote. Was a little high for what I was hoping, but overall, really did get my moneys worth. Especially with electrical issues. Did a safety check of the house which also gave me peace of mind.

Some difficulty w/ scheduling. When electricians arrived, they were pleasant and completed the work in a timely manner. Quality of work was fine.

Josh and Andrew replaced 10 lights for me. They suggested adding a energy-saving solar device on my porch light so it comes on at dusk with the garage sconces instead of being on all day.

Electrician was surprisingly prompt, outlined our options, and completed the project quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and highly recommended.

Our electrician was prompt, communicative, and worked hard to resolve the problem with our doorbell, and was ultimately successful. We put in a fair amount of the effort, however, and overall we spent almost $600 for about 2.5 hours of time. That seems really high - enough that we will probably check with other contractors next time before automatically using Mr. Electric again.

Prompt reply to my query, came out the next day for a quote, came the following week to do the work. Professional and friendly. Great communication.

They guys out of Pyuallup are very responsive, arrive on time, and were able to work with us in parts we had purchased already. They installed our hot tub electrical and even worked through the issues of an old house. I would hire them again.

Very nice employee. 20 minutes total from greeting to driving away.. $300 for approx 7 minutes of actual work to fix crossed wires in an existing functional outlet. I understand travel time. I understand trip charge but oh my god! Time crunch and Desperation made me pay, but price will likely prevent me from choosing this specific company again.

Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Came out right away and fixed the problem for what he estimated. First choice from now on. Call them before you call anyone else.
