+ -1 moreShannon and Ted were here to replace the existing (ancient) breaker panel, do grounding, and a long list of related services. I was very impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and technical savvy. Mr. Electric should be happy that these are their employees. The company is very expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I were very pleased with their service. They were quick to respond and timely with the work that had to be done. They were very respectful of the house they were working in by wearing covers over their boots and took time to clean up after themselves. We were both really happy and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I had a quite a bit of work. They hard wired some smoke and carbon dioxide detectors. Replaced a fan motor in a bathroom fan.

+ -1 moreAn appointment was scheduled for 2/21/2017 at 2:00 pm to review the project but nobody showed up or called. I called and the estimator hadn't been notified of the appointment, but did reschedule for the following day. The second appointment went well, project was reviewed and the estimator told me he would try to have the estimate for me by 2/24/2017. I contacted the estimator on 3/1/2017 to ensure he had my correct contact information and ask if he knew when the estimate might be ready. As of today (3/20/2017) I still have not gotten any response.
