Units (2) were installed 12/8/23 but 1 had a broken gear that is suppose to move the fan blades. Was promised a simple warranty repair as soon as the part came in so we paid the full installation bill. Andrew came out in March but had the incorrect part. Now no one returns our calls, the unit Still doesn’t function properly and today is 7/11/24.

If you have a super flexible schedule and don’t mind being cancelled go ahead use Millers. They cancelled my appointment without my agreement to reschedule, I took the day off work for them. I had scheduled a maintenance service on my hvac service approximately 2 months ago. The Friday before (my appointment was Wednesday) Millers called and left a voicemail asking if they could reschedule because they had to take care of a customer who was having issues with their system. I did not call them back to reschedule because I wanted to keep this appointment (we were going out of town and also I had taken time off work so I couldn’t just switch my work schedule again). The day of the appointment I called them to ask why no one had shown up and they told me they cancelled my appointment because they didn’t have enough technicians (they changed their excuse now mind you…on the voicemail they said they had to service another customer).

This company is great and they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they do great work and were flexible in changing anything I needed, they sent someone out to look at my new water heater that had been installed by Heat Relief a horrible company that refused to come check on the water heater they had just installed the day before. Miller's was willing to send out their water heater guy to look at it for me even though he wasn't familiar with the brand and didn't install it. He looked at the manual and just like I thought, he only needed to change a few settings. Nothing big. It made a huge difference though! I was not getting any hot water, only lukewarm and it was taking almost 15 minutes to get that. The guy from Miller's changed the settings in 20 minutes and now I get hot water in less than one minute!!! Thank you Miller's!

They were prompt and courteous and knew what they were doing.

Perfect from start to finish. The bid process was no pressure and provided many options and recommendations. Installation was flawless with personnel who were very personable and professional. In addition to being a technically sound installation the work was visually appealing in a technical sense. The team cleaned absolutely everything. Additionally, they were careful of the garden plants in the outdoor work area. Miller's office staff scheduled all work and inspections and all schedules were met. I am confident in recommending Miller's Heating and Air to anyone who might need their services. Whether it is new equipment, repair, or cleaning, Miller's should be your go to company.

It was free, we have a contract with them, it’s $249 a year. They do stand by their work.

We had the motor go out on our furnace, and they guaranteed it. They came out and replaced the motor for free, and now it’s lifetime—if it ever goes out again, they’ll replace it for nothing.

We had an old electric furnace and we had to have gas run into the house. After they installed the new furnace, they realized that they couldn't install the exhaust pipe because, of our roof type. We sat here for 7 nights without any heat. When we finally got that settled and they got the vent in. The furnace itself worked fine. They sent in an inspector to double check everything, they found three connectors that were leaking gas. They fixed it and the furnace is working fine now. I would never go back to them again. The quality, there was a part of it that poor, and a part that was good. They ignored our calls for several days. They were here when they said they were going to be here, but we were without heat for 7 nights. All of them were very professional except for the owner. They could have listened when we told them about our unusual roof and prepared for that in advance. They thought that they could just drill through it. It's a special membrane roof and if it's not treated right, it will leak. We had to call the original roofer to come and drill the hole. They weren't listening and weren't pro-active. **Update 4/15/16** On installation of A/C unit to furnace, missing duct work to back of furnace found.

I should have written this review month ago but I decided I would wait evaluate the performance of the system so I could provide a more detailed review. My apologies to the entire team for waiting so long! I have nothing but great things to say about the entire process from start to finish from Miller's. Salesman Leon Beck was a pleasure to work with. He was able to get me a very competitive price for my install that I was pleased with. I had obtained 6 quotations before giving Miller's a call after my co-worker recommended them and I don't regret that decision at all. His communication was via email for the most part which was most convenient for me. I had found only one discrepancy with the air handler specified on the bid vs. the sales agreement and he resolved it within hours no questions asked. The demo/installation crew was great. I believe the two guys names were Shay and Shannon but I could be mistaken. Sorry if I am wrong guys. Their work was great and I didn't have any complaints. The entire process took all day because my old system was original to my 1979 house. What a beast! I had another guy come by a few weeks later to clean my air ducts but I can?t remember his name. I had to schedule a few weeks out due to my busy schedule. His work took a few hours and everything went well. I had taken some before pictures of a few places with my camera phone inside the ductwork just to verify the work and I was pleased with the results. I had yet another gentleman by the name of Tom stop by after the entire install and verify/test/tune the system. Tom was great and happy to answer all of my questions. I told him I wasn't really satisfied with the condensation drain pump outlet so close to the foundation and asked him if he could provide me some tubing to extend the drain line another 15+ feet to a location away from the house near my drain spout. I was completely fine with doing the work myself but to my surprise, he stopped by a few days later and just did the work for me. He even left several feet of extra tubing and some mounting hardware if I wanted to reroute further. What a great guy! The performance on the system is the best part though. I have averaged about a 40% reduction each month in my electricity bill for the last 6 months. My equal pay power bill was $130/month for 2 years and I now the last 6 months I am averaging $76.75/month. Please note that I never had air conditioning before and I wasn?t able to use my last central heating system because it was too costly to operate. We used oil radiators for 2 years straight in the big house to save money but the power bill was still high. Now our home is warm in the winter and cool in this super-hot summer we are having!! I can even control the entire system from my bed or in my car before I get home with the WIFI access. What more can a guy ask for!? HIGHLY RECOMENDED Thanks guys!

Service was performed by Cris. He has come before and does a really thorough job. Presented suggested services but did not pressure. I was completely satisified.

Brad came on the appointed day, giving me a call prior to his arrival that he was on his way. He put on booties to cover his work boots as he entered my home. Brad was a total professional as he let me know what would be done on my system. We discussed the fact that I could use a larger filter than I currently was using, thus saving in the long haul. I agreed . All the employees from Miller's Heating and Air have been friendly, courteous, and very professional. I would certainly recommend Milller's to all mt neighbors and friends.

We had Miller's put in our first heat pump/air conditioner 20 years ago and after it started acting funny, we decided to call them to come and take a look at it. The tech that came, Tom, was very nice and spent a lot of time making sure he knew what was going on and why it wasn't working as well anymore. He did all he could to try to see if he could fix it so that it would last a few more years but in the end it was better off for us to buy a new one. The workers that came out to install the new one were prompt and very nice and did a good job. I gave the price a B on my review mainly because I'm not sure how much new heat pumps/air conditioners cost these days and it was expensive so I just went upper middle of the road on rating the cost. I didn't get any bids from any other companies. At this point, we are happy with the new one that has been installed and I would recommend using Millers if anyone asked. Thanks Millers!

Millers did not ever communicate with me.

We have used this provider for the last 3 years. They installed a new Lennox heater and filtration system for us and have been professional, pleasant, and service oriented consistently - both sales and service staff. We will be moving out of their service area and their service manager was kind enough to provide me with recommendations for our new home. Their reception folks are working out a couple of kinks but the guys who show up for sales & service are excellent!

Got a bid from Millers - seemed high so we called Cascade heating and cooling. Same equipment and work for $1200.00 less

Our existing heat pump and furnace were using an exceptional amount of electricity. We explored the option of repairing the existing equipment but decided a replacement would be more cost effective. The company representative presented size options for the square footage of our home. There was a utility rebate that depended on the size and other details, as well as a rebate from Costco. All the removal and installation work went very well. The workers were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We did have to call and request the Costco rebate after waiting a couple of months. However, the real wait was for the utility company rebate as this took over a year to receive. Apparently the paperwork was had to be re-submitted to the utility company more than once. Despite many attempts to reach the person coordinating the rebate process, she did not return phone calls. I did finally email the original representative a couple of times who spurred some action at the office. However, it did take far too long. .We will use this company for service, as we were pleased with the workers.

The job done by Miller's was merely adequate. While the installers (2-3 of them spread over two visits) were polite, their work was not as good as I expected. Things they promised to do weren't done (protective trim pieces covering the refrigerant lines). The contracted electrician was in such a hurry that two things he missed failed to pass city inspection (separate outlet at the furnace for the condensate pump; caulking around a conduit hole drilled through the garage wall.) I had to call Miller's who called the electrician to remedy those situations. In fairness, they were done quickly and politely. Also, the condensate pump was cycling a lot and water started to appear on the garage floor. Another call to Miller's discovered that the drain line they ran under the house (too-thin clear poly tubing) was kinked and water couldn't flow through it. That, too, was fixed. Later--and finally--an extra duct they installed upstairs simply didn't emit heat. Months later (after winter) they were called again and diagnosed that the new duct was incorrectly installed by not tapping at a "Y" connection...and the flexible duct hose was "completely pinched off", said the repair person. They fixed the duct but I had to pay for a "Y" branch installation. This upgrade should've been part of the installation (and the price). One last little "gotcha". Miller's technicians left a bevy of bright, new, sharp metal screws in the street where their truck was parked. I discovered them the next day and swept up 10 or so screws. However, my daughter soon ended up with a punctured tire. Was it these screws or something else? That is an unknown and I can't be certain. But there were screws left behind that the crew should've known to look for and remove. As my local Costco's recommended installer for Costco members, I chose Miller's due to the Costco rebate and recommendation. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't choose Miller's. When I noted some of these concerns on the mailed-to-me Reply Card from the company president after the installation, I didn't get a call from Miller's president with an apology or any clarification questions. I was disappointed. UPDATE 5/2014: I need to call them again due to vibration at the outside condenser.

Jason the service tech. was prompt and efficient.He inspected,reviewed,and cleaned the units.Replaced faulty air filters.Scheduled to have the air ducts cleaned at a later date.

We purchased a new heat pump from Millers through the Costco program. They were prompt in setting up an appointment to look at and quote the system. We ran into several problems, including the wrong heat pump being put on the truck, but everyone was very polite and helpful. After several additional visits to fix a two issues with the install and on problem with a faulty thermostat, we have been happily running the system for about six months with no further problems.

It was great. The installers were very professional and considerate. The temperature was in the high 90's and they were installing the ducting in the attic. I was worried that they would become ill from the heat up there. They spelled each other and drank lots of liquids. They never complained once and were very appreciative of the lemonade I provided them.. They cleaned up all of their mess. Took the time to explain warranty, maintenance program and how the system worked.

Great. The workmen are always friendly and informative. My thermostat was showing" change filter" which concerned me because I am on the maintenance program and every year at inspection they install the filter that lasts a year. The workman said that the thermostat appears to be slowly going out. He discussed the options for replacement thermostats and gave me names so I can do the research and compare them. He said it will slowly fail and there are some codes they can access to remedy some of the issues so that I do not have to replace immediately.
