Description of Work: The later part of April, I called to have some work performed, at that time they were out of town. She gave me approximate amountfor the job, and would call me the first a May. To date no phone call, even to say that she would not be able to do the work.This was not a big job, but I am retired and needed these things done which I cannot do. I will find someone else, and not recommend them to anyone. I chose these people because they had good ratings. I don'tunderstand someone in business that can not do a follow-up. It might be they misplaced phone number, but if you arein a business, then you need better office techniques.

+ -1 moreMIKE'S HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE, MAKING SURE THAT THE BID WAS ACCURATE AND WE AGREED TO THE EXTENT OF THE WORK. THEY GAVE A REASONABLE TIMELINE AND SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
Description of Work: WORK INCLUDES ORDERING TWO CUSTOM CABINETS, INSTALLING THOSE AND NEW COUNTERTOPS WITH TILE BACKSPLASH.
