Description of Work: Power scrubbed the driveway,sidewalk and we had a small back patio. He showed up on time the performed the work as scheduled, job went great.

Description of Work: I called and talked to Bill MAnderfield. He said that he is no longer in business full-time and is no longer bonded and insured.

Description of Work: Bill, the owner of MDF Enterprises, hung an old five panel wooden door I purchased so I could separate my living area from a part of my house I intend to rent out. This was a very complicated job. The house is more than 100 years old and the door way, which is framed in medium density fiberboard is not in any way square. The old door that I purchased, although it matched the doors in my house, was somewhat warped and a bit too large for the doorway. I purchased a mortise look and brass door knob that had to be fitted to the door as well. I also needed to have a deadbolt lock installed to secure my living area from the rented part of the house. I think anyone else would have recommended that the door way frame be ripped out and reconstructed, adding a great deal of cost and construction time to the project. Not Bill. When I initially met with him, he spent a great deal of time with me going over many details I never even considered, explaining them in a way that was easy to for me to grasp.

Description of Work: We inherited a property that had fallen into a state of disrepair - it needed quite a bit of work to bring it into a livable condition: roof repair, gutters, deck, sheet rock repairs, extensive cleaning and paint. Bill repaired the deck, gutters and window screens. He also replaced an entry door, dismantled an elaborate cover assembly and cleaned out the pool. Repaired and resealed flooring and tile work and replaced three toilets. He also saw to the sheet rock repairs, painting and extensive overall cleaning.

Description of Work: Replaced bathroom door, frame, molding. sanded and stained. Stained and hung door in bedroom. Put flooring in bathroom. Put marble countertop in bathroom New toilet Put in sink and faucets put in Cove base

Description of Work: They prepped the kitchen countertops for tile. They also custom designed and installed the tile patterns for maximum surface without grout lines, as well as balance and beauty.

Description of Work: @ different jobs/ time frames 1) Bill prepared the surface for kitchen tile job, then came back and installed the tile to the design we worked out. 2) He installed a door that was a re-purposed exterior grade french door into my basement to divide out the laundry room from the other space.
