MATT'S CARPET CLEANING

Matt arrived on time, actually a little early and was ready to work. The only reason I give an overall B rating is that over the phone he quoted me $120 for 5 rooms and asked for $150 after he showed up and quickly looked over the house. I questioned this and quot;newand quot; price as he had quoted $20 a room plus stairs. He then agreed to do the job for $120. He did a pretty good job for carpet that is over 10 years old with 3 family tenants. I found a few spots that were missed but over all the carpet was left clean. He was quick, took under an hour for 5 rooms and stairs. I'd hire him again as previously he did a great job at cleaning the carpet in this same house which had some sections badly stained.

I called Matt. He arrived on time. completed the work and left me a bill. He did an excellent job.

They've always been very prompt, and very fair on their prices. They do an excellent job. On the last job, there was a issue with the new tenant, and they came back and took care of that with no problems. They made the customer satisfied and took the initiative, which I appreciate. I've been very happy with them; I've used them for at least 4-5 years. I've referred them to others. I'll definitely use them again.

I knew about Matt's from my previous apartment, and another project we own, but had not worked with him directly. I called up on Monday, he gave the complex a walk through, quoted me a price, said he could do it by the end of the week. Called at noon on Thursday, said someone would be out in about 1/2 hour. I met him there, asked if he could also clean two units. No problem. Left the bill in the office. Job went great, very clean, nice to the senior residents. Matt is definetly on our routine call list now! Thank you!

I found Matt and his employee to be polite and professional. They were on time, worked systematically, and the carpets came out beautifully. I'll call them again next time the carpets need cleaning.
