Mases Concrete, LLC

Nelson gave us a quote for a new patio. We had other bids but chose Mases to do the work. They removed and hauled away a failed DIY patio and all the rocks and debris. The new patio at 13' x 47' is beautiful. The work was completed in just two days and the price was right! I highly recommend!

I called Nelson after I saw him install a new driveway across the street. We didn't need a new driveway, just some crack repairs and fix some seam separation. First off I was impressed with his quick response and follow up. He texted me to verify that we were still on for the inspection and consultation. He showed up right on time. Explained what needed repairs and why. Explained exactly what they would do and why. He gave a very reasonable quote and said they could fo it THE NEXT MORNING!. Again, he called to let me know they were on the way a half hour before the appointment. Then he showed up a few minutes early. I was impressed that Nelson texted pictures of the process on the job every few minutes. This kept me informed without having to look over their shoulders to ensure quality work. The results were excellent and they were done within an hour. I highly recommend this fine contrator.

Easy to work with and good communication throughout the whole project. They had the best price around and did an amazing job from start to finish. I would definitely use them for future jobs and recommend all friends and family to them if they have any concrete projects coming up.

Nelson and his crew did a very good job. They took out an old asphalt driveway and poured a new concrete one. They put in a coloring and stamped it with a design. It turned out beautiful.

Nelson and his crew were punctual, pleasant to work with, and finished product looks amazing. The quote was very fair and they kept me updated throughout the project while I was at work with photos and timelines. I highly recommend and will call them again for any future projects.

I am so glad I found these guys. I contacted about four companies to get a quote. These guys were competitive but more, they were so nice, polite, and professional, and easy to work with. I hope they do concrete work forever, because I am never going to waste time again even getting quotes from multiple places. I know I can go to them, they will give me a fair price and a quality job. They are one of the nice contractors I have worked with, definitely in my top ten list of overall contractors, but number 1 for my concrete contractors.

Only took them 2 days to remove my old cracked driveway and pour concrete on the driveway. Finished driveway looks very attractive. I am so glad I hired Mases Concrete LLC.

Hired to create concrete stairs leading up to walkway. Attempted to change the project to not include stairs at all after initially explaining the need for stairs. Top step is sloped angle. Overall was good work for the price but attempt to change the project entirely felt like the request because the job was harder than expected.

Super nice, super quick, they did amazing, I had to go out of town so they kept me updated the whole time through text with Information and pictures and it was just one of the best experiences for a hired job. These guys just liked to work and make the customer happy and charged the most fair wages. If I need any more work done I'm calling them and I actually have already sent their info to a few friends of mine because they came over and saw how great the concrete looked!

The project turned out great. Had some small issues after rainfall, but it eventually got worked out.

We are very pleased with working with Henry and his crew. We too wanted to improve our outdoor space. We got an estimate that Friday and they started working on Monday. We had a large stamped patio area with a walkway installed and it looks awesome. My neighbor loved their work so she requested an estimate also. Nelson is very good about communicating the process and what we could expect. Great people and great work. Mahalo!

Mases was great to work with! Nelson and gotta team were communicative and did a great job. We wanted to improve our outdoor living space from just gravel to something usable, and we love the finished product. Would recommend!

The final concrete work turned out great. We have received many compliments on it. Nelson and his finisher matched our existing concrete very well. I did not give 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, there were several messes left at the work site. Second, the work schedule was moved around more than I would have liked. This resulted in one very late night with work until 9pm.

First off Nelson and his team were early or on time every day they were to work on the project, this is rare from my experience with contractors. Nelson?s team didn?t just hang out they hustled everyday. Concrete work is hard especially demo and they all attacked it with gusto and a smile. Ever polite, Nelson was innovative and proactive when addressing ?surprises? that come up when working on 30 year old structure. The addendums to the original driveway demo and pour were reasonably priced and unquestionably necessary. I am pleased to have worked with these true professionals! I would recommend Nelson and his team at Mases Concrete most heartedly.

Mass Concrete did a great job with our project. We had a couple of delays in the beginning, but the end result was fantastic. Honest, polite, hard-working guys. You can tell they know what they are doing, have their plan, and execute it well. The only thing I slightly feel could have been better was them being more upfront with what is going on. Since I was around the entire time they were working, I would notice when they were suddenly gone for a bit. I would find out that they needed to get a tool/material, were grabbing lunch or waiting for something to dry, etc. Not a big deal at all. I think it may come from them being used to doing projects while people are away at work. If that were my case, I would have just come home to a beautiful patio and if I ever asked, they were happy to fill me in with all the details and make sure I was happy. The very reasonable team who cares about their work and the customer! I would hire them again without question.
