+ -1 morePretty well. Took a while to get the windows from the manufacturer, which we were told in advance by the contractor. Installation went quickly. The tenants were ok through t he process. Three windows were somehow separated from the original order and had to wait for their installation.
Description of Work: Removal of old and installation of 18 new vinyl windows all around. This is a tenant occupied property and an out of area owner. So he had to feel comfortable with the contractor.

+ 2 moreTommy was quite pleasant to work with, did good quality work, and was reasonably priced. He was helpful about making suggestions, and understanding that I didn't want a major remodel. The job took longer than I expected, partly because he worked on other projects at the same time. Tommy was always prompt in returning calls, and he and his crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
Description of Work: I had the tub/shower surround removed, and replaced with tile, a safety bar installed, new tub/shower fixtures installed, and a ceiling ventilation fan installed.

+ -1 moreOVERALL, WE WERE VERY PLEASED. THE JOB WAS DONE TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS AND ANY QUESTIONS OR AREAS NEEDING TWEAKING WERE IMMEDIATELY ADDRESSED. TOMMY LUCERO TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT DONE TO SPECIFICATION AND FIXED IT PROMPTLY.
Description of Work: COMPLETE TEARDOWN OF OLD WALLS AND CEILING / OLD LATHE AND PLASTER. TEAR OUT AND REBUILD OF SUB FLOOR. INSTALLATION OF NEW TOILET. COMPLETE REBUILD OF HOUSEHOLD PLUMBING (UPGRADING FROM LEAD PIPES TO PVC). NEW SURROUND TILE AND FLOOR TILE. NEW ELECTRIC. NEW FAN AND HEATER. REBUILD OF ALL WOODWORK TO MATCH STYLE OF HOUSE.
