Bryan and his team did an amazing job painting for my clients home. Not just that he has help my clients with some small remodels and do small repairs as well. Him and his crew are expert when come to recital and Comercail painting.

I worked with Bryan who made the whole process smooth from bid to completion. He was patient and willing to listen to my questions and concerns. Each step of the process (power washing, prepping & painting) Bryan and his crew showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Llanos Painting. Very Well. Bryan Llanos is responded in a timely manor to my request for an estimate. He was in time for our walk-through and provide d a written estimate within 24 hours. He was professional throughout. The estimate came in on the middle. It covered paint, osinting, fixing nail holes and small cracks and moving large furniture. It was easy to schedule the job. Bryan said it would take 2-3 days. The crew arrived exactly when promised and set to work immediately. I left. When I returned in the evening my furniture was grouped safely under tarps, the floor was covered and most of the walls were done. Tho my delight job was finished by the next day. I was able to vacuum and sweep and begin to put things back together that evening. Bryan made an appointment for a walk through and payment which was accomplished professionally. I did not have any serious complaints and feel he would have made things right if I did.

Bryan and the entire crew was a pleasure to have in my home. They were always on time and professional in every way. The entire crew was so respectful of my home which I really appreciated. They took their time and did an exceptional neat and tidy job. The cabinets required all hardware to be removed before the painting could begin. Tony numbered every single door and replaced all hardware without one mistake. i was really nervous about the cabinets, but they look amazing. I have never worked with a finer crew. He paints houses inside and out. He helps match colors and select colors and combinations, he caulked and scrapes and paints. He is careful not to leave any traces that he has been there. Bonus: he is a genuinely nice guy.

Bryan is great! He and his team did a great job painting my house on several occasions. He is very responsive and got back to me right away when contacted on painting my home and fit me in his schedule in a timely manner.. He is a wonderful person and trusted him to be in my home working while we were away.
