Everything from the time I placed the first call for an estimate until the bill was paid was taken care of with friendly, professional, fully-explained, detailed, timely, and well-done work. The first visit for an estimate was done within a couple of days of my first call. A quote was given and the reason, in detail, was given to explain what work was needed, why, and how the work would address the problems found. In addition, the company arranged for full financing of the work, which was a relief to me since I didn't have to juggle getting the loan at the same time as dealing with the repairs. The work crew showed up earlier than estimated, got set up, and got to work very quickly. The crew was responsive, friendly, explained what was happening, and was careful to make sure the surrounding area was protected from debris. Materials were delivered on time with no delays. The crews came prepared with everything they needed to do the job. As expected from the initial inspection, there were clearly observable problems with the old siding, plywood, flashing, and waterproof sheeting from roof to ground. Plus a fair area of the siding was home to a huge ant colony, which explained the frequent indoor appearances of the darn things. I appreciated the fact that none of the workers smoked, or had a radio blaring away. They came to work and that's just what they did. Additionally, I'd expressed my concern about how my several rescued cats would be reacting to the noise and activities, and when it came time to remove a window to work on the area around it, the workmen made a point to notify me beforehand so I could round up the cats and secure them away from the area. That was a 'wow' moment for me. The work area was cleaned of all debris when they'd finished, and looked better than before they started. It rained for three weeks after they finished, but when the weather cleared, the scheduler bumped the painting up before a larger job and the painting crew was as efficient, quick, and professional as the first work crew. The job took a little over a half a day from the time the painting crew showed up until they finish, and they also were friendly, professional, quick, and organized. The final work looked great. The financing went through the necessary paperwork and mailing process and within a week of the loan finalizing, I received the bound notebook of photos of the entire job from start to finish. Problem areas were pointed out in the photos documenting what was found, the steps taken to correct/fix the problem, and the final results. All warranties for the materials used (hardyboard, paint, etc.) were included along with the company warranty for the work done. If all companies were as efficient, professional, and responsive as Lifetime-Exteriors was, the construction industry would have a sterling reputation. I appreciate the effort the company put forth to make the process as easy as possible.

Great work and were 99 percent satisfied with everything about the project. We've had several positive comments about our house and the great look. The quality of the work was far above other similar work I've seen and 100 percent better than the last contractor who did our home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Majority of siding/trim work was good. Lacking in details you would expect from a professional. Clean up at the end of the day was poor and at the end of the job. Had to contact multiple times to get some things redone (small detailed items) and get dumpster and porta potty removed after the job. Painting is still to be done (weather) by them so have not received final report from siding work done. Requested quote to add a window toward the end of the siding work. Very reluctant to do and quoted me a high price since they would have to come back out 2 weeks later after siding work was done. Considering I spent ~25K for siding and another ~5K for painting once done, I thought that unfortunate. (ie too small of a job/money I guess)

The job was part of a Energy Efficient Mortgage add-on that we were receiving through the VA and as such was a bit unique in it's requirements. Lifetime Exteriors was extremely flexible in assisting us in reaching our goal of getting new high efficiency windows installed prior to our move-in date. From the quote, through the final install everybody that we interacted with was highly professional and ensured that we understood every part of there side process. The installers arrived punctually and had the job done as planned. We love the windows and door, and will definitely be coming back to this company for any future needs that may arise. Thank you.

The crew was friendly, professional and went the extra mile with everything they touched... I guess it’s been okay. There are still some things like the electrician still has not come back to put up the lights which was supposed to be done the Monday after Christmas. They were pretty much on time. In fact they came earlier than when they said they would. They came a day early and called before they came and came when they said they would. So that was all good. They’ve done a good job.

Jonathan met me at property and walked me through repairs, sent quote, oversaw work with Demitri on site manager, and was available throughout to explain or answer questions. Job ran into a few issues but all handled very professionally. They know their siding and did a very good job.

They were professional, they gave a very good service, just kind of high priced. They were very well buttoned down.

They were one of the few companies that knew how to install. They go above and beyond. I am impressed with the extra measures as far as water proofing. They crew was efficient and professional. They protected our property. They painted the house in one day and the siding took two days. I was very impressed. The only issue with them was communication but they rectified it towards the end. The price was a little high but we liked the process.

We contacted three companies for bids on new siding and windows. All of the companies used Hardie Plank products, but Lifetime Exteriors quoted the best price for comparable quality of product and installation. All of the windows, including a sliding patio door, were removed and replaced with Milgard sliding windows. The areas of siding affected by dry rot were removed and repaired, new vapor barrier was installed over the existing siding, and new Hardie Plank horizontal siding was installed. The soffits, garage door, and front door were painted to match the siding colors. The windows and siding work were completed in a professional and timely manner. The painting was also done very well, but it took a few weeks for the painters to complete their work after the siding had been finished. Overall we are very pleased with the way the fresh and updated appearance of our home, and anticipate that the siding should last many years.

Fantastic company! Old siding was removed and new hardi plank installed over a few days. Workers were on time, efficient and left the work area clean. Lifetime was able to work around our busy schedules and met us in the evening to review our siding options. We had a minor issue with the gutters and Roy was responsive and resolved the issue quickly at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company!

The crew was prompt, professional, courteous and all very hard workers. My three story house has multiple exceptionally steep roofing areas, and every section was completely redone including the underlay. The crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of each shift and did a really good job. I now have a sturdy, wind and weather proof roof, expertly installed.

Job was bid/signed 6/2013. Initial sales call (Randy) was not helpful and did not provide full information on what the company would provide. Owner (Jay) contacted me a second time and came back out in June to discuss the job and what could be done. We discussed that timing of start/completion of job needed to be ASAP as was preparing to put house on market and wanted to do so for fall. Also, a lot of family was coming from out of town and staying with me therefore wanted the job finished by end of July to early August so there would not be a conflict. Jay assured me only delay would be in ordering Hardie color-plus in color specified but would be in plenty of time to make the time-frame needed. A $3600 required deposit was taken immediately. From that point there was complete silence with no returning of phone calls until beginning of August when the foreman for siding crew (Richard) called out of the blue and said they would be showing up the next day to start the job. Unfortunately materials, dumpster, and port-a-potty had not been delivered yet to be able to start. Additional delay. In discussion with Richard I found out the crews were all subcontracted and there was definitely disconnects between the subs and the company. Work did not begin on tear off of siding for several days, then the crew lead said there was more to the job than anticipated and would take longer. I explained the urgency of the family visit and need to whole job to be complete ASAP when I was informed there was nothing that could be done to speed the job completion. The communication leading up to this point was dismal however Richard upon starting was very good about explaining what was happening and talking through issues that were encountered and keeping me up to speed on the progress. The work he and his crew did appeared to be good. There was damage to plants but in general they took care of the landscaping and pond in the back of the house. I inquired with him about timing of the roof and he said it would be a different crew and would have the company discuss further with me. Again silence from the company. Another surprise was that the trim pieces did not come in color plus for color chosen so there would need to be painting done to all trim work and gutters and touch-up to other areas of siding after installation. This was not adequately explained during sales process. First set of painters called and met with me briefly, said they would be starting before the roofers started. Then silence. Turns out painters were diverted to another job and I was not told. Second painters called out of the blue and said they were going to start that day with no warning. Discussions with first set of painters did not transfer over to second (again all subcontractors so they don't talk to each other). Second set made completely different recommendations than first and clearly were not as knowledgeable as first. Second set of painters were delayed until after the roofing completed and rainy season had set in. I had concerns the paint would not set properly with cool temperatures and rain. On roofing, same as last time, foreman called all of sudden and said would be starting the next day.on the roof. Same issue, delays due to unanticipated complexity on roof line. The crew lead (Dave) once engaged and started communicated well and discussed the issues and timing well. The care to house and surrounding shrubs was less careful on this phase with much debris, nails, on exterior and damage to interior ceilings due to frequent area for coming and going onto roof. Overall, timing and communication from company and its subcontractors was not good during the actual siding/painting/roofing process. However, the company was responsive in assuring damages were taken care of and having professionals inspect gutters when the gutters started acting unusual after the siding/roofing replacement. The company was also agreeable when I withheld money until the work they performed passed inspection for sale of house as I was concerned with some of the work. They were responsive in fixing issues when the siding work did not pass inspection. Finally the second owner (Kris) and admin staff (Patrick) was responsive when I needed all warranty documents and full documentation of work completed to complete the sale of the house. Unfortunately the delays and issues were the primary delays in selling the house by over 6 months. I was unable to keep on top of the company due to an extreme work and business travel schedule so it could have been better on my part as well. From start to finish it was one year. My understanding is the company is now better staffed and has put measures in place to deal with some of the issue that were experienced on my job which was very much needed. However, I still have enough concerns that I would not use them again nor have recommended them.

I was very impressed with the service. They were very timely and considerate. They did a great job on all aspects of the job, and if I had any concerns they were very nice at explaining to me what was going on or fixing whatever it was. They even came back to fix a few things they found themselves. The siding was completed faster then expected which was a nice surprise. There was a bit of a wait after the siding was finished for the gutter guys, painters and electrician to finish up the project, and I think that would be my only complaint.

The crew at Lifetime Exteriors was very professional and did a great job. We were very impressed not only by the quality of the work, but also the level of care and courtesy the whole crew demonstrated. J kept us in the loop throughout and we would not hesitate to use them again. FYI--we had issues with the vertical cedar siding about an year after the project was completed--and true to their lifetime warranty, Lifetime Exteriors came out and replaced the siding at no cost within a week. We would recommend them highly.

Very professional company. Very informative, answered all our questions and was friendly. But the appointment lasted 3-1/2 hours! Waaay too long for this type of business meeting. He was very, very nice but just a little too relaxed for the meeting. All the other appointments for bids lasted 1-2 hours just because there is so much information to cover. I had no doubts the company would do a great job though, but we decided to go with another company because of the much lower price.

Highly professional work, both technically and managerially, carried out with attention to detail and innovative repairs as needed. Workers were always punctual and efficient and used state of the art materials.

Lifetime Exteriors took the siding off the back of my house, corrected a construction defect with a window that had caused water to get behind the siding and come into the house, and re-sided the back of the house. Although this work was not inexpensive, it was necessary. LIfetime Exteriors is very experienced with this type of work, and I had every confidence in their workmanship. Their contract and warranty was detailed and easy to understand. I would recommend them not only for construction defects, but for any type of siding problem on older or newer homes.

Came to home to provide estimates. Well under other bids. Kept to schedule and was professional. Good clean-up afterwards and quickly addressed one faulty window.

The work was done exceptionally well. The crew and leaders of the crew were kind and took pride in their work. Great follow up and their clean up was great.

Initially there was a communication problem which caused a delay in the start of our job. I called our contact Jay and he corrected the issue immediately. Jay and his crew were very easy to work with and did a wonderful job on our home.

Job went well but communication from management was poor. The onsite managers, Matt and Chris, were great. Work quality was very good. Overall very happy. I would recommend.
