We hired Lifetime Exteriors to replace our windows and siding. It was a large project and we were on a budget. They were able to meet our budget while installing quality products. Peter, Residential Project Manager, is exceptional. Its hard to find quality contractors these days but Peter is very focused on customer service and 100% satisfaction. We will only call them for our home projects. You should call them too.

Long overdue review for Pete and Lifetime Exteriors. We just had our siding done by Lifetime and couldn't be any happier. Pete and his crew were absolutely awesome! They completed our project in a timely manner, came back out promptly to touch up some areas, and the craftmanship was great!
I want to give a special shoutout to Pete though. This guy is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. He always answered our questions quickly and helped us understand everything that was going on throughout the entire process. Just an all around standup guy who was enjoyable to work with.
If you're getting your siding done, I would HIGHLY recommend Lifetime.

Description of Work: We had a leaking two story window. Upon inspection, dry rot was found around several windows due to no flashing at the top of the windows. Living on the side of the hill and getting the full force of south and west weather, we also asked about replacing the siding on that side. At the time Bo didn't think it was necessary but gave us the pros and cons and we decided to do it in addition to correctly flashing and sealing around the windows on that side. After tearing off the siding, the team found that the flashing had been reversed so water was running into the walls instead of the outside. On the lowest level this resulted in some structural damage that had to be fixed. After reevaluating with Bo and John, we also did window flashing repairs on the east and west sides and replaced the siding on the east side which also had mold developing in outside walls due to being so wet. Yes, this became an expensive project, but less than if we had waited many more years. At all times Bo and John were professional and very wonderful to work with and never pressured us to do unnecessary work. They gave us pros and cons to help us make our decisions. On top of every thing, John and his team were working on the house during below freezing weather (8-28 degrees) and had to remove one very large window to do some work. They really hustled so they could get it back in so that I wouldn't be cold! At every stage, the team was all friendly, efficient, and professional. They arrived on time and kept me apprised of work schedules and any delays due to having to order more materials for the additional work. We only paid for work after various stages were completed and approved by us. Great work and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend them.
