After listing my project on Angi List, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Legacy Plumbing within minutes. I paid $129 for someone to estimate the faucet replacement project. Later that day, I received the written estimate of $950. After the project was completed I was invoiced for $1630.97. After talking to the owner, I was told the original estimate was only for the hardware, when the scope listed on the estimate was, Replace decked tub faucet with a new oil rubbed bronze one after access is created for us. In speaking with the owner of the Company, I asked if it made any sense that I would ask (and pay $129) for an estimate to replace a faucet and they would give me an estimate just for the faucet hardware? She acknowledged they could have been clearer and offered to reduce the bill by $100. I would caution anyone who hires this company.

When the tech new traffic was going to cause a delay. They reached out to let me know. Once he got there he was professional and efficient.

Very fast and high quality work

I had a clogged toilet. The first repair person came out and said that it was a blockage, removed the toilet and had to replace the seal to clear the clog (charge $750). A week later, the toilet clogged again. I called Legacy to come out again. The second repair person noticed that there was an access panel behind the toilet with a one-way valve (which the first guy missed), and was able to replace the valve without having to remove the toilet (charge $523). So, basically I paid $1273 to have a toilet unclogged. The company refused to adjust charges from the first visit. I wish I would have had the second guy come out on the first visit. Might have saved me $750. I definitely do not recommend hiring this company.
