Description of Work: The provider failed to come at the appointed time, on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. The first time was a no show. He called to say he had misplaced his schedule and apologized. When I scheduled for a second time (8am-12 noon), he called (after 9 am) to say that he had another job he had taken (an apartment building) after making the appointment with me was a higher priority and he needed to reschedule. We scheduled for the third and last time for 1pm-4pm that same day. He failed to show up during that time, and did not call. We had used this provider on many previous occasions for sprinkler work with no complaints. Apparently, something has drastically changed in this company, and not for the better. I won't be calling them again.

Description of Work: we had his service twice clean front and back yard up did cutter cleaning and placed a screen over down drain

Description of Work: I had an issue with my plant irrigation drip system during the recent very hot spell (compared to rest of the summer) and other landscaing needs not adequately addressed by another firm. I was given a couple of names by a sprinkler supplier incluing this firm. The owner called me back that afternoon and had someone come out the next morning at 9am to go over the potential issues and possible services. While their maintance plan options are not a fit for my needs at this time, I wanted to express my appreciation for the quick response and professional manner in which this firm does business.
