Description of Work: The contractor agreed to replace dry rot siding, replace window, replace window sills, replace trim replace gutters, paint, tear down carport and replace deck. He only completed the gutters, carport and window replacement.

Description of Work: He was supposed to put in two windows at our house. A job that was said would be completed in approx 2 days. I have built many things and have had many other builders do this simple job in less that a day. He not only STOLE our money, seriously he took the check we gave him in advance (we know we should have never done that) but he comes across as a nice guy, DO NOT be fooled. he sent other workers periodically throughout 2MONTHS. They screwed up the first time after a month of waiting. then the second time another new guy about 3 weeks after the first one. The job finally got done and NOT by LOYD. 2 MONTHS after he said it would be done it got done and by that I mean "we still had to put in all the trim and lighting fixture outside and paint. Absolutely the worst service ever. And after we have him the check we never heard from him again. Half way through this when they screwed it up the first time, come to find out this guy had the nerve to leave and go to Alaska. Never telling us anything, and this is coming from someone who supposedly said "he needed the work" I will NEVER recommend or utilize any services associated with this company or loyd. Be warned, he is hands down the worst I have ever had do ANY type of construction/building work.
