Krippner Painting

I called on 5/11/2015 at 8:30 AM to schedule an appointment for an estimate on exterior painting. I was told Chad would be calling me back to schedule this appointment. I heard nothing from him or anyone at the company until I received the following email on 5/12/2015 at 4:06 PM Hi Theresa, unfortunately our schedule is booked all the way through fall. I recently bought a home and decided to remodel several areas before move-in. After the decision was made to paint the entire interior of the house & the ceiling in the kitchen/Family room area, I was referred to Krippner Painting by my General Contractor and an appointment was set. Nate arrived on time and got right to work estimating the job. He was very thorough and professional. The next day I received an estimate detailing what would be done & the cost. Before receiving the estimate, I had expressed concerns over the potential cost since I was already doing so many other things to the house. With this in mind, Nate suggested keeping the color selection on the light side in order to achieve good coverage of the existing color with just 1 coat. I finally found an acceptable color combination, however, it involved 2 colors and 1 was on the darker side. Nate was extremely accommodating and agreed to make the colors work with the proposed budget. Additionally, he worked with me in determining which walls throughout the house would receive the darker accent color, which ended up being 2 more than originally planned. The job was scheduled quickly to accommodate my short timeframe. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. I was able to discuss the final placement of the accent color in the family room with them, given some difficult wall angles. They were able to achieve the look I wanted flawlessly! After 2 days the main work was completed. The following week a 2nd crew was sent out to complete some touch-up, clean-up & to paint some newly installed crown molding. This turned out to be much more involved than I thought but, it looks great! With everything else that was going on I really appreciated the speed and professionalism of the employees at Krippner. It was a pleasure dealing with Nate and both crews. Because of their fair pricing and scheduling flexibility I'll be able to move in to my new home on time and with a great looking new paint job!
