In a word-perfect. This project took Karl three days. Each day he showed up on time (in fact several minutes early) and ready to work. As we live in a condo he was very careful about making noise and creating any disturbance for our neighbors (we never received a single complaint). At the end of each day Karl packed his tools, cleaned up his work area and closed the door to the closet. On his second day of work we came home after he had left and the place was so clean we assumed that he had not worked. In fact, he had been there all day, done a huge amount of work and simply cleaned so well we couldn't tell he had ever been there. Not only did Karl do great work but knowing that, in the future, we might be working with other contractors he clearly marked where each wall stud was, gave us several ideas (which we ended up using) to increase storage and did all in his power to assure that anybody who followed his work would have no problems at all. Since the completion of his work several contractors have commented on both the quality and thoroughness of the job done by Karl.
