Exceeded our expectations.

OUR HOSE EXTERIOR WAS A MESS. WE HAD BEEN VICTIMS OF SLOPPY BUILDER CONSTRUCTION AND A PROMISE THAT 2 COATS OF PAINT WERE USED WHEN THE HOME WAS CONSTRUCTED. AS OUR HOME IS ONLY 10 YEARS OLD THIS WAS NOT AN EXPENSE WE WERE ANTICIPATING. I RECIVED 2 BIDS BEFORE HIRING A CONTRACTOR. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH JUAN FROM THE START. HIS COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT VIA EMAIL AND PHONE FROM START TO FINSISH. JAUN CAME OUT AT A TIME THAT WAS CONVIENIANT FOR BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I AND WALKED THROUGH ALL ASPECT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO ASSURE A GREAT PAINT JOB. OUR PROJECT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE 2ND WEEK OF JULY. THE TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MID 90'S ALL WEEK YET JUAN, HIS SON AND HELPER WORKED NON-STOP, FINISHING RIGHT ON TIME. IN ADDITION TO PAINTING, THERE WAS MUCH ATTENTION GIVEN TO DETAILS LIKE SCRAPPING, PRIMING AND CAULKING. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE FANTASTIC PAINT JOB!!!!

They removed wallpaper in the office, dining room, family room and bathroom for us. They also textured and painted the walls. Juan was very professional, punctual and helpful. The job was completed in approximately 3-1/2 days. They did an excellent job with the project and also put everything back in place and cleaned up professionally. Juan and his crew did exactly what they promised and worked on site until it was finished. I highly recommend JRP painting and will certainly use them again when needed. It is really great to find a company that performs exceptionally.

JPR responded to a request for a bid in December with a tentative date in the spring time that would coincide with warmer temperatures needed to do a good job with the staining. The bid was one of three received and was the fell between the high and low bid. I liked the attitude and understanding of JPR over the other contractors who submitted bids. The pressure washing was conducted on a Tuesday and the staining on a Friday. They protected shurbs, plants and the neighbors property when staining the fences that border with neighbors on both sides of our house. I checked with both neighbors after the job and they had no staining hit any of their property or plants that they could find. They did an excellent job and cleaned up around the yard before contacting me for my own inspection of the job. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them in the future.

Contacted Juan who was prompt in returning my calls to him. He was able to provide services for us in a short period of time as our move date was pushed up. They arrived on time and within a day in a half finished the project perfectly ! While it was a rush job I am sure that better planning will bring about lower pricing. Not to say that we did not get a great job and we will continue to use Juan as we repaint the balance of the house.

I am so happy to have chosen JPR PAINTING to do the work in our home. My husband and I attempted to remove the wallpaper ourselves (we have done it before), but this wallpaper job was impossible! It was a nightmare! We damaged the walls, and finally gave up. Juan was polite, professional, and fast! He admitted that removing this wallpaper was tough (did someone put it up with super glue?). After getting that wallpaper off, he repaired the walls and painted them. Both bathrooms look wonderful! At the last minute, I asked Juan if he could paint some end tables and a cabinet. They look great! His work was top notch, and his prices were so reasonable! Thank you, Juan!

Juan did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price, even did some work that I wasn't planning on doing, he went way above and beyond to make the kitchen look awesome, I'm very happy with his work, and more importantly, so is my wife!!

I got 3 estimates to paint the inside of my house. One estimate was 475.00 higher and the other was $1,425.00 HIGHER than JPR! Juan, owner/operator, returned the estimate the same day he came to my house. The others took a week and more to get an estimate to me. It took Juan 2 days to complete the job and he also helped me hang my paintings and wood carvings in the 20' foyer. He started both days by 8:00 am and put in a full days work. I could not be happier with his work. He is an exceptional individual with great work ethics. He painted my neighbors house outside so that is where I got his name. He did an excellent job for them as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company and Juan.

Juan did an excellent job painting our house. He is punctual & hard worker and very nice. He worked quickly and neatly. We are very pleased with every aspect of his work.

Juan came in person to look over the house and within three days e-mailed us his estimate for painting the interior of our 2300 sq ft home. He came for a second meeting about colors and finishes. He arrived promptly each day and had the job done in less than a week. He did an excellent job and we would recommend him very highly.
