John's Gutter Cleaning

They did a good job of cleaning the gutters on my house but they do not haul away the debris. The home owner has to dispose of them.

Wouldn't hesitate to call again to complete another project.

John showed up on time and was very friendly and professional, if though his helper didn't show up for work John worked hard and was able to finish the job in one day. He showed me the roof when he was done and wanted my approval the job was done right. He was very helpful in explaining when I needed to treat my roof to keep the moss from returning. I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend Austin's.

John is a good worker but his assistant did not show so John had to come back a second day.

This company expected to be done with our roof cleaning in one day but an employee failed to show so one person got to work and did such a good job, it took him almost 3 full days to complete. He finished just before to rain started coming down hard. Even though the company may have broken even, they were true to their bid. Their integrity is worth much more to us so we will be hiring them again - soon!
