INTERSTATE GUTTER CLEANING

They wanted to quote over the phone and off the top of my head I don't have those measurements. It was a little bit frustrating because I would have rather they just come out and looked at the area first. They had to come back 3-4 times because this was such a big job. Eventually things were done well. The hard part was just doing everything over the phone. They didn't keep the same guy on the job either, I had probably 3 different ones, that was a bit disconcerting. But overall they did a good job. I would use them again since they now know my measurements.

We set up a plan to where they will come out to my house four times for them to do more moss treatments on my house. Overall, everything went very well. They were extremely professional, always on time, and they did a great job at cleaning up after themselves. We would recommend them to others.

They are not flexible, and did not follow through with cleaning the deck as promised. It was a reasonable request, and the mess was caused by roof debris. They misrepresented the kind of work I would get. I would not use them again.

They seemed to do a very good job, I did not get on the roof and check but everything looked great from down below. They also alerted my of missing shingles, too. Very professional. They also sprayed for moss on the roof. They went above and beyond.

Was sold: 1) Gutters will be cleaned by hand scooping. ACTUAL: were cleaned with leaf blowers. 2) Workers will clean up all areas. ACTUAL: Approx 50% cleaned - I spent 2 hours cleaning up after them. 3) Downspouts will be flushed & cleaned. ACTUAL: Did not occur. 4) Gutters & downspouts will be tested for leaks. ACTUAL: Did not occur. 5) Gutters will be sprayed with Pest Control after cleaning. ACTUAL: Did not occur. 6) Workers were to work from ladders & avoid walking on roof. ACTUAL: Workers walked all over the roof & used leaf blowers, casting debris all over yard. NOTE: Workers told me I needed a new roof before they even looked at the roof. Upon completion they told me the roof is "totally rotten". I suspect their walking all over the roof will cause future leaks. (Cedar roof). Of course, their "contract" specifies they are not responsible for any damage. All in all a horrible experience. Spoke with company contact - no result.
