INSIDE ADDITIONS

The minute I talked to Linda on the phone I knew I wanted her to do paint touch up in my soon-to-be-sold home. My judgment was correct - she and and her other painter, Sherrie, did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. Linda understood right away my concerns regarding cost. Even before she came out, she told me about "magic erasers," cool sponge-like items I then used to get rid of marks on the walls...this saved me a lot of cash. Linda and Sherrie worked quickly, well, and neatly, fixed dings on the walls and woodwork, gave us more useful tips, cleaned up everything before they left, and managed to be fun company at the same time. Later, we decided to repaint most of the downstairs and the downstairs bathroom. Linda came back and did the job alone.. quickly, professionally, and beautifully. She is awesome! Linda's work is a key reason we got two offers within 5 days of putting the house on the market.

She comes by and will bring some colors unless I ask for a different color. She will then give me a written bid. She came out a week later to start the job. She always cleans up and they always leave it the way they found it. She has been painting for me for years now. I am very happy with her.
