About us

Hello I am Carlos. I left the corporate world and returned to my roots of working with my hands so I can be home every night with my daughter. I grew up on a farm utilizing my hands working on all types of projects. I specialize in wood working, house washing and painting. Please note I am not yet set up to do exterior house painting or siding repair. I do however have a love of restoration. A few things that make me unique are that I am customer service & quality driven. With 20 plus years in the restaurant industry I understand the power of over communication, attention to detail & and assuring all work is of the highest quality. If I can not do it, I will not learn on your dime. I have a love for restoration. Old furniture, your driveway, lawn, you name it, I bet I can bring life back. Wood restoration like deck and fencing is amongst my all time favorites. That said here in the PNW a good wash can bring back your driveway, house & roof, fencing & landscape. I look forward to speaking soon. I will be adding pictures in time but I am always open and upfront on what I can do. Again I will not experiment at your expense. I am meticulously clean and take my time. I ask a lot of questions as I like there to be full transparency on all jobs. I stand by my work and will fix anything not up to standards. I love to restore properties and furniture. Oxidation can be difficult to deal with unless you know what you are doing. From your basketball backboard to your cedar fencing. Ask me how I can bring your house back to life. My rates start at $50/hr. Specialty services or after hours 9pm-9am is $75/hr. (Specialty services are services that posses a higher health risk, dealing with corrosive acids, climbing steep graded roofs or trees) I provide all cleaning chemicals included in my prices with exception of Sodium Hypochlorite, All Acids, Paint, Finish & Paint removal (Eco Friendly), Insect or Herbicides. (Ask me about my Eco Friendly homemade options )

Right now I am not equipped to do exterior house painting, siding repair or roof washing on very steep roofs.

Carlos is fantastic! The work he did was thorough and well done without wasting my time or his. He’s friendly and honest, he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Great communication as well.
Description of Work: Power washed the house, and driveway. Painted abd installed trim in a bedroom.
