IBEX Roof

Great experience and Ibex Roof is highly recommended. Kirk, Jesus and crew were excellent and my wife and I are very pleased with our new roof. Kirk was fun to work with during the estimate phase. He's low pressure, professional, friendly and clearly knows his business. Jesus and the roofing crew are total efficient pros. They came early on a Monday & rain was forecasted for late afternoon and Tuesday. The large crew got busy and did 90% of the work on Monday and easily finished on Tuesday. (It's a large roof, too, on a large ranch style house.) All aspects of the work were top notch incl the old roof removal, minor repairs and installation of the new roof. Clean up was meticulous and to our complete satisfaction. Not just a full clean up of the grounds and gutters but also the cleaning of our large skylight and getting in the attic and cleaning the insides of several dome/tube lights and replacing some old cracked sealing tape around those. This was over and above what we contracted for. They also did other "free" work - replacing a few worn out wood panels around the roof. They cared and it showed. Thank you Ibex Roof.

Arrived on time and immediately began work. Jesus Montes (foreman) was very professional. Crew was very courteous and hard working. I will definitely recommend to others. It would be wonderful if all companies were as great as IBEX. They were awesome!

Kirk, the owner of the company, came out to the house himself within two hours of our call and, in the dark, climbed up on our roof and found a small hole. He sent his crew out the very next day to patch the hole. They brought matching tiles so that the repair blended seamlessly with the existing roof. While there, they also cleaned the roof and gutters. They were all exceptionally friendly and professional. Communication and responsiveness were outstanding! I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them to others.

From start to finish, these guys were amazing. Kurt did our initial inspection, presented our bid and even put up with a fair amount of detail wrangling from us over the course of several days. Out of 6 different inspections/quotes, Kurt was the only one who took the time to take us up on the roof to point out and explain the issues he found. Kurt also presented an innovative (and quite visually elegant) solution to a problem we had with how our attic is ventilated. Installation went quite smoothly. The owner even stopped by a couple times during the install to introduce himself, make sure we were happy and even lend his guys a hand. Afterwards, Kurt made a champion effort to ensure that all of the loose ends were tied up; that nothing was left undone and no questions remained unanswered. He even gave us a final walkthrough up on the roof after all was said & done. Hire these guys.

Honesty and integrity are both high on the list of characteristics to look for when hiring a company to perform work on your home. I cannot say enough positive things about Kurt and IBEX Roof. Kurt came out to our home to provide us an estimate and instead of giving us an astronomical price and telling us we require a full roof replacement (as the first company did), he informed us of the easy, quick fix for our small problem. As we are not roof experts, we rely on those that are and the fact that Kurt did not take advantage of the situation and was honest about the issue means we will be calling IBEX when the time comes that our roof does need to be replaced. And will be recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you!!

Excellent, They were fast and very professional. They made sure all the mess was claned up and that I was happy with the result. A week later the salesman came back , He got up on the roof to check. I am very satisfied. My picture of the roof has snow on it but its a beautiful roof.

On first day tear off was complete and close to half of new shingles were already in place. The second day we had freezing temperatures and frost, but even still the whole crew showed up and worked all day 7:30am to 4:30pm. Also by 10am it began to snow and still they kept working. Thank you Jesus Montes and your crew for getting us through the storm. You guys are awesome!

Ibex forman Jesus showed up on time introduced himself, we talked for a few minute. Then he went to work. (Very polite) cleaned & dressed appropriate.

Deciding to put roof on house is a large undertaking. We had been putting it off for a few years then decided it was past time so we interviewed and received quotes from 6 different companies. We decided IBEX Roof was the company that we wanted putting on a standing seam metal roof, with 30 lb felt with complete tear off of existing roof. Their quote was accurate and was consistent with the other bids received. It was nice, even though unexpected, that they did not need a down payment prior to completing the work. The day before the project was to begin all the roofing materials were delivered to the house. The first day the foreman introduced himself and his crew, then asked for permission to park trucks and port-a-potty. They were on time, professional, quality workers ? no sub-contractors. Everyone was incredibly polite, respectful and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They have their own truck where they placed all of our old shingles and other material they took off of the roof. They removed old vents, replaced pipe vents, flashing, and cut the slit down the middle of the roof for the ridge vent, and even replaced a few sheets of plywood. It was nice that we did not have to deal with a dumpster and they cleaned up the area at the end of each day. IBEX really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. The foreman made a special trip out to the house during the first major rainstorm after the project was finished just to check on us to make sure everything was perfect. A couple of days after the project was completed the owner stopped by to double-check the work. He spotted one small area that he felt didn?t meet his extremely high standards. The next day a member of the crew came out and made the change he wanted. Would definitely recommend IBEX Roof as they were wonderful to deal with and we would use them again.

From the time Kirk K. Did the initial estimate to the time Jesus and the crew completed the work, I knew I was in good hands. Thorough, conscientious, hard working -what a great business and team!

Repairs were simple and well-handled. Our TPO roof got good solid patching and evaluated all around. The team of Travis and Brendan were competent and clear in their communication. The company sent someone as soon as possible and helped us feel confident with the repairs.

The over all service of Kent/sales was very professional. On time. 7am crew of 8 arrived to start work. Worked hard all day until 8pm. Finished the following day. Jesus the lead Forman was very polite, friendly, hard working and a great leader.

Jesus and his team showed up on time and they were very polite and professional. My roof looks fantastic and I'm impressed with the quality of workmanship. The price was very reasonable. Communication was great through the whole process and all questions were answered as we went along. At the end he walked the project with me to get my approval. They did a great job cleaning up after the project. Overall I was highly impressed with Ibex Roof and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with Ibex in a nutshell: Friendly, respectful, straightforward. Quoted and honored a very reasonable price with easy financing option. Used high quality materials and did high quality workmanship resulting in a beautiful new roof that was done right! Before we found Ibex, we had talked with a few other roof companies. One gave us a signed quote and later wanted to raise the price. Another wore us out with a 2+ hour high pressure sales speech. None of these companies truly listened to what we wanted and what our price range needed to be. By comparison, Curt, from Ibex was straightforward, friendly, and helpful without any pressure. He actually listened to what we wanted and worked to offer us the best option for our needs. On the first day of the job, the crew arrived right on time. The foreman, Jesus, introduced himself and carefully explained what they would be doing and how long he thought the job would take. He encouraged questions and did his best to answer all of them. He was very polite and professional. From the beginning to the end of the job, it was clear that Jesus took his work seriously and that it was very important to him to do a good job and do it right. He has been doing this work for many years and takes great pride in his work. Our roof job took 3 days. When it was completed, Jesus walked around our property with us to make that all was to our satisfaction and that everything had been cleaned up properly. We were pleased. They had treated our home and property with respect and left it all cleaned up and in order. A couple of days later, Curt came by again for one last inspection before we signed the final paperwork. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Ibex Roof. They were easy to work with, respectful, and upfront. They did an excellent job on our roof. We have peace of mind knowing that it has been done correctly by people who care about their work. We highly recommend Ibex Roof Company and especially Jesus and his crew!

They worked very safely in a very professional manner. They communicated everything very professionally and treated us both with up most respect and courtesy. Kirk and Travis were more than one would expect and did an out standing job in everything they did from actual quality and work performed to communication with expectations and time estimates that were always right on. That included the workers beside those two, they were the best! If I owned my own business, I would be blessed to have them on my payroll. Would and will recommend them for anything my friends or family would need in their line of work. I am planning my future work to definitely include them in the process.

Kirk was very thorough. They did a great job. I called Kirk a couple of weeks after the work was finished because I saw a spot where water was coming down off the gutter and he came back within a day and took care of it.
