Since this was an emergency situation, Travis, from IBEX, immediately made arrangements to arrive within a few hours and tarp damaged areas of the roof and prevent water damage inside the house. Kirk Koskiniemi, from IBEX, was able to provide important details to the insurance company on additional repair costs overlooked by the insurance company in their original estimate and obtain approval on total cost. Kirk was also meticulous by bringing a sample of same shingles to repair roof as what was originally on the house and noted a color difference. Kirk showed me color difference and how they could repair the roof so color difference would be least obvious. While on the roof Kirk also showed me some moss issues and said they would remove the moss and spread moss killer at no extra cost. Travis and their crew were punctual, hard working, friendly and had a great attitude. The grounds were completely clean after work was completed and Kirk even took a picture of the roof to show how the repair work blended in with the original roof. It was so well done that everything looked great from street level. If I didn't actually see the repair work, I would not know which sections were replaced. I would definitely use IBEX again.

Went good vary good job

They were just very quick but also did an awesome job of cleaning after themselves because some things have fallen in the bushes. You would never know that they were even there. The roof is made of tiles or shingles and it is approximately 5000 sq feet. It took them a couple of days to do that. There was nothing bad about them, they were good and professional. They showed up when they said they would. They finished the job and came back to check.

Called and set up a time to meet at my house for an estimate. He (Dan) never showed up.

Initially left messages in summer of 2005. Never got a response. Finally got an estimate this summer after again leaving numerous messages. Dan Simpson is very personable but follow-up is poor. Crew suppose to coordinate with us to install vents when someone was home. Instead, did work when no one was home and installed 4 vents on the wrong side of the house! Response to problem was unsatisfactory. Still have no vents where they are needed. I've given up and lost faith in the company.

Dan Simpson bid on my roof, I accepted the bid, and then they just stop responding. No call backs after committing to do the work. Puzzling, and a shame, as Dan seems very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very knowledgeable person one the phone helping with isolating problem. Black jack on roof was done. I appreciated their promptness and it sealed and the attic stayed dry. Would have been better if area on uphill side of chimney was built up a little more to drain better. There were several small 2-3 wide, 1/2 deep puddle collection spots on the uphill side which I corrected the next week. It did seal and close the leak. I need the roof done this year and will get a quote from them. Will select based on price, and if they can do other needed roof repairs with the job.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE TO THE SITUATION WAS GOOD. THEY LISTENED TO MY DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM, SUGGESTED A SOLUTION AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A GOOD ONE. THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR 40 OR 50 YEARS.

THEY JUST DID A GOOD JOB AND DID IT QUICKLY. I WAS NOT HOME WHEN THEY DID IT. THE QUALITY WAS FINE. MY HUSBAND MADE THE APPOINTMENT, SO I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THAT.
