Salesman was very professional. Cleaning was quite satisfactory, however, installers removed gutter mesh in front of house to clean the gutters, but were going to throw the mesh away because they and quot;thoughtand quot; it would be getting the Gutter Helmet as well as the back of the house. Luckily I was home and had them replace the mesh. Gutter Helmet was installed on back side of the house only (as ordered) due to rain dripping on my deck from the gutter in an area that is covered, which is exactly why I wanted to replace the existing mesh with the new Gutter Helmet. The water under the covered area now is worse than before. The product installed does not perform as promised. I am currently in the process of contacting them to voice a complaint and possible removal and refund. My personal opinion is that it would have been a lot cheaper to have the mesh removed and have my gutters cleaned annually. I could get a lot of cleanings for $4,000!

Saw the offer on Angie's List, took them up on it. Called in and made an appointment. Made the payment online. They got lost but quickly called and found the house ok. Did a good job of removing the moss and debris. I was not able to check the gutters, so I cannot report 100% satisfaction, but that's my fault and not theirs - so if the quality of the work done on the roof is indicative of the cleanliness of the gutters, I am sure they did a good job. Treated well and no high pressure sales calls. We agree to have them approach me later in the year again (if the price is the same) for a Fall cleaning.Good job overall and satisfied.

They were great since they did everything that they said they would do, left everything in perfect condition when they left, they were on time and I was very pleased with the service. Price wise I thought for what they offered it was good as I had checked with other places.

The roof is fixed and I am satisfied in that aspect of work. However, the gutter still drips in multiple places around the house. I called the company to come out to fix during summer 2012, they stated that the shingles were too long, so they trimmed it back. Also, they stated water running on the roof too fast, and installed a barrier with bent metals to prevent run-off. In no occasion, when they actually see the actual location of drips and determine the actual cause. It is still dripping away every time it rains. Lately, probably they are tired of me calling them back to fix the leaking gutter a second time, they don't even answer my calls. I left message on four occasions, twice when Steve Metthewson promised a call back shortly, but none received. Below is a sample list of my calling log: 12/11/12 Called work number, talked to Steve. He promised that scheduling will call me back to schedule an appointment. No call. 12/13/12 Called work number, Steve picked up again. Promised again that scheduling will call back by next morning. 12/17/12 Left message and asked for call back to schedule appointment for fixing leaky gutter. 12/19/12 Left message and asked for call back to schedule appointment for fixing leaky gutter. I have been delaying giving feedback on Angie's list to allow time for the company to make up, but I'm not sure if it will happen.

It was easy, painless and effective.

Crew arrived while I was away from home. Did their job and left me a note saying they were done. I couldn't see any evidence of the retardant on the roof so a person came out the next day to inspect the roof and make sure it was done. Satisfied with the performance and professionalism of the company. They have since called to schedule a repeat application of moss killer.

Homemasters arrived on time and the crew proceeded efficiently to clean my roof and gutters. The team acted quickly and professionally. They were conscientious about removing any debris that had fallen from the roof onto my yard. I would certainly use Homemasters again.

The crew was scheduled to come late one afternoon and did not arrive. I finally got a call rescheduling for the next day. No real apology. The cleaning was done well. We live under a lot of trees and there was a lot of debris to deal with. My understanding was that they were to haul away all of the debris. The clean up was not really up to my standards but I was willing to accept it. Later, I discovered a large pile of the debris off to the side of the house and piled against a wood fence! Not acceptable. I will not be using them again. I also found the foreman to be condescending.

I bought an Angie's List deal for this company. Wish I bought another one! The company was very responsive on the phone and in answering my questions. I used them on my rental home but plan to use them for my own home. I am very satisfied.

I had Homemasters repair my roof, and then I thought the problem was fixed. However the repair did not eliminate the problem. I didn't discover the new leaking problem caused by the original repair attempt until the rainy season begins. There is significant water damage on the interior wall next to the original repair spot. I contacted the company on April 21, 2012, they emailed me back and said that they will contact me soon but so far have had no response from them. Even after so many months have gone by, the damage is getting worse.

I was happy with the results and will recoommend to my neighbors.

The gentlemen showed up a little late - but we had spoken and it was not too late for me -- and I think they finished about when I had expected. They cleaned the moss off my roof and gutters; they applied the powder stuff; then they did a very good job cleaning up the landscaping and yard. I am very pleased with their work and will use them again. PLUS -- I DID NOT HAVE TO RISK GETTING ON A LADDER AGAIN!

They said they'd arrive between 8:00 am and noon, and they arrived at 8:30 am. They cleaned the gutters and did a great job. Our back gutters are 3 stories high, and they had the equipment on their truck to gain access to those very high gutters. They worked safely and quickly. They were very pleasant to work with. The price was fantastic (even with the extra $50 they charged because our home is over 3000 sq ft. We didn't realize we'd need to pay extra because of the square footage because we didn't read the small print. Our error.

From the beginning to end we were pleased with the service we received. All the contacts were pleasant. There were a couple of schedule changes, but we were notified promptly and the new schedule was kept.

They were very responsive and professional. Called me back to schedule a time. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and discarded the gutter sludge where I asked them to.

I responded to the Angie's List coupon offer, and had a prompt response from the company. The crew of 3 arrived a bit after expected, but worked very h****** this job. There was a fair bit of moss to remove, and the roof has a steep pitch. They attended quickly to the task, and worked probably a solid 3 hours. They were careful to keep dirt off the windows, and cleaned up the material removed from the roof and gutters quite thoroughly. They did ask for a place here to dispose of the material. Very pleasant fellows, and did a really great job. I especially got laugh out of the smiley faces left on the roof with the moss prevention treatment! (It of course disappeared with the next good rain.) The roof looks great, and I'd certainly recommend them, as well as hire them again.

James Roberts came out to give an estimate within two days. He said they would remove and reinstall the gutter and tiles, replace the rotten fascia board, and put down ice shield felt paper in the affected area. James said the cost is $100 per hour plus materials and he estimated the job would take between 5 and 6 hours. Two weeks would be the earliest they could come, but that Friday they called and said they would be here on Monday at noon. The crew of two showed up two and half hours early at 9:30 am. They told me they understood what to do from the work order James and written up. They removed the gutter, removed tiles and cleared debris, laid ice shield felt paper in the affected area. The ice shield was cut short of overlapping the gutter edge. I noticed this when inspecting what the crew had done when they went to lunch. I brought the fact the paper was cut short to the crews attention upon their return from lunch but was told it would be okay. They also replaced the fascia board after two attempts. The first attempt the angle was cut wrong and he could not get the gutter to fit correctly. I had to supply them with a another piece of 2 by 6 for his second attempt as he did not have enough material. At the corner where the fascia board came together there was a two inch gap from the end of the rafter to the back side of the fascia board joint. The crew said they could correct that, but I told them I would take care of it since I was paying by the hour. I also had to supply them with additional caulking for the roof as they had run out. Luckily it was the same brand as I use on my RV. The tiles were put back correctly, the fascia board replaced and the gutter reinstalled. When they removed the tiles they did not keep them in any kind of order. I watch as they had trouble reinstalling the tiles taking more time to figure which tile went where. I called two days later to get the total of my bill and James told me it was $911.00. I asked him why so much and he said, the crew said they were there for a full day. I gave James the times when the crew arrived, left and returned from lunch, and finished. The total hours were five and half. James adjusted the price without question. I also explained my concerns to James about the ice shield being cut short, and he said if there were any problems they would fix them. After the first rain again I had water running between the fascia board and the gutter along with a gutter joint that was leaking. I called James and he did come out and added flashing to the areas where the ice shield paper was cut short. James said he did not know why his crew cut the ice shield paper short, he said he was going to talk with them about it. James also removed and added gutter sealer to the leaking gutter joint. All water leaks appear to have stopped. Fortunately I was able to be home when Homemaster's came to do the work. Otherwise I would have paid more, and not have known why water was still leaking between the fascia board and the gutter. Homemaster's did fix the water and gutter issue, however I will most likely not hire them again. How could I when their workers were dishonest on their hours.

After signing up online for the special the company was slow calling to make an appointment. It was more than a week before I heard from them. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 a.m. and did not show up until 12:40 p.m. No one called to tell me they were going to be late. I finally called the office to see why they had not arrived, and was told they were running behind schedule and would arrive shortly. The crew finally arrived and they did a good job cleaning the roof and gutters and applying moss killer. They cleaned up after themselves and left the debris in a little pile in back of the house. They were very courteous and professional. When they finished, one worker gave me a paper stating my entire roof and gutter system needed replacing. This is bogus because I had the roof checked and gutters worked on a couple years ago, and they are still in good shape. I received a follow-up call a few days later from the office and they tried to talk me into replacing my roof. I feel this company used the Angie's special to gain new prospective customers and misrepresented the condition of my roof and gutters to pressure me into letting them re roof my house.

Everything was wonderful. We were pleased. They cleaned up afterward and stuck to their schedule. I have several roofs done and they did an extremely good job of cleaning up afterward.
