+ -1 moreTwo company representatives came out for same day service. No uniforms or company markings on clothing, or on van. The individuals were friendly and responded with quick service. However, I was charged a total of $325.00 to repair a machine only 14 months old that cost $359.00 new. I was told the part wasn't under warranty when actually it was. I believe I was told it wasn't under warranty simply because HNC isn't authorized to perform warranty work.
Description of Work: HNC replaced the transmission on our 14 month old Whirlpool washer. Their ad noted they were "factory trained and certified technicians." I asked them if the work they said I needed was under warranty. They said they would check on it, went to the van, came back in and said, "no," it was not under warranty. I sent an e-mail of complaint off to Whirlpool. They responded two days later, saying yes, the transmission was under warranty. I was deceived by the HNC repair person. When asked about warranty they did say that they checked in response to my query, and that the unit wasn't under warranty. I called HNC to complain and was treated rudely.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY COME AND DO WORK ON OUR DRYER BEFORE AND WERE VERY PLEASED. THEY ARE FAST TO RESPOND, USUALLY SAME DAY, AND THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED OUR DRYER. THE DRIVE MOTOR HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY WERE FAST AND PROMPT.

+ -1 moreSHOWED UP TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WITH OUR WASHING MACHINE AND GAVE US THE QUOTE TO REPAIR. RETURNED THAT SAME DAY WITH THE PARTS NEEDED AND REPAIRED OUR WASHING MACHINE. FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.
Description of Work: DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND REPLACED THE MOTOR IN OUR 10 YEAR OLD WASHING MACHINE.

+ -1 moreGOOD EXPERIENCE. HAVE CALLED ON THEM BEFORE. PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. REPAIRMEN ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND KIND. FUNNY AND EASY GOING. STAFF WAS PHONE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: DISHWASHER REPAIRED. FRONT PANEL REMOVED, WIRES TESTED, PARTS FOUND BROKEN AND THEN THE SERVICEMAN FIXED.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE PERSON LOOKED AT MANY DIFFERENT ANGELS IN DETERMINING WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS. HE GAVE ME TIPS WHICH WOULD TELL ME IF THE COMPRESSOR ON MY UNIT HAD FAILED, OR WHETHER THERE WAS AN OIL BUILD UP IN THE TUBING. HE WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE UNIT AND WE DECIDED TO WAIT AND SEE IF SHUT DOWN AGAIN.
Description of Work: THE SERVICE PERSON CAME TO DO DIAGNOSTICS ON OUR REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER TO SEE WHY IT WOULD TURN OFF. HE TOOK THE CONTROLS APART AND VACUUMED THE COILS UNDER THE UNIT.
