septic tank
 + -1 moreThe work was preformed by Noel a 17 year of the company. It was preformed promptly and I was given an excelent lesson in the proper functioning of septic systems in general and the maintenance of my existing system. He suggested that I add collars to both of me tanks making future maineance much easier and less expensive. The cost was similar to others in the area and the work was preformed promptly, professionally and pleasantly. I will use them in the future.
Description of Work: Pump septic tank and add an additional top to two tanks to raise them to the surface of the yard.

 + -1 moreThe man I talked to at Hicks was very impolite. Would not even discuss an alternative. He turned around and went into his office and closed the door. I would have accepted an offer to pay him half the cost to redo it right, but he wouldn't even discuss it.
Description of Work: The original work was done in 1992. I hired them for a complete replumbing of my mobile home, removing all the Quest pipe which had been declared defective. Have had many leaks since, but the most recent one, June 9 this year caused $5000 worth of damage to my floors. I had HD Plumbing fix the leak which they said was in old Quest pipe. They also said there was a lot of old Quest pipe left. Very little had been replaced. Hicks had not replaced it after all. I took my original receipt and went to talk to Hicks, wanting them to just offer to redo the job at a partial discount, but this "Rod" or "Rob" I talked to said they were not about to do anything about it. He then turned, went into his office and closed the door. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and Hicks told them they were not hired to replace all old Quest pipe. Having this work done over now will cost me about $4000 plus $1000 deductible on my insurance for the floors.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY FAST IN SERVICE AND PRICE COMPARABLE TO OTHERS IN AREA. HAVE USED IN PAST UPDATED CLEANING AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY CLEAN IN THEIR AFTERWARDS SERVICE OF LAWN AS WELL.
Description of Work: SEPTIC TANKED PUMPED, SEPTIC AND DRAIN FIELDS LOCATED, ALONG WITH SEWER AND DRAIN CLEANING. THIS WAS FOR UPDATED CLEANING ONLY.
