The craftmen that installed our windows and doors were top notch. The were very professional and worked with us when any questions arose. Everything was completed quickly and at a great quality. Our salesperson, Trudy, was also helpful. Although organization doesn't appear to be her strength, everything did get done in the end. The couple of changes that had to be made were done at Henderson and Daughter expense, and done in an efficient manner. The main factor is the house looks great and the windows and doors are terrific. Try a textured fiberglass door, they look amazingly like wood when stained... Beautiful!

The company was able to work around my schedule. The sales rep. was great! She showed up on time and explained everything in detail. We decided to chose a company that could offer a lower price.

They provided outstanding customer service! They were very timely and professional. The work was done on schedule and the craftsmanship is top notch!

Three guys showed up on a Monday morning and went to work and finished by the end of Tuesday. They were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the work they did. They cleaned up the work site, took away all of the old windows, added exterior trim and caulk, caulked inside, and cleaned all windows inside and out before leaving. It was clear to me that they took great care in doing excellent work. They worked together well, when needed. I am very pleased with their work and with the windows. Even on the first night after they were all in, I noticed a quieter and tighter feeling in my home. It has been easier to heat since the windows were installed as well.

From beginning to end, we had a very good experience with Henderson & Daughter. Russ, Shawn and Josh did a great job of removing the old windows and replacing them with new ones. There was a minor problem with the patio door, and they worked very hard to make sure it was fixed and worked properly to my satisfaction. We are very happy with our new windows and french rail patio door.

Wendy came out to the house to discuss our options and was very helpful in choosing what we wanted. She also told us not to make one of the windows smaller as the room would then not qualify as a bedroom. She knew her stuff. The workman were on time, nice and very clean. They did a great job and we love the new windows.

I would unconditionally recommend Henderson and Daughter. Debbie did the quote and design work and gave us some excellent ideas about how to improve the house. The contract was extremely detailed and made it clear exactly what was to be done. Dry rot and carpenter ants were found below one window (behind exterior brick) due to original construction deficiencies. This required a reframe of the wall from the inside; the additional cost for this work was very reasonable. The installers (Russ et al) did excellent work and suggested reworking some of the planned exterior trim after discussions with us in order to have better transitions. The entire crew was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout. They were slightly more expensive than other quotes, but given my experience, I consider this to be well worth the money.

Wendy (Design Consultant) from Henderson came out to our house to discuss the project with us (1 Interior Designer and 1 Perfectionist). She had great ideas, made sure she understood the ''craftsman look'' we wanted to accomplish with the new interior trim. She and Scott (General Manager) had answers to all of our questions and were very professional. Scheduling the installation (5-6 weeks later) was easy, and they stayed in touch. Installation went great! Russ, Shawn, and Josh are an incredible team and super nice & pleasant guys. Great craftsmen, too. They treated our property with utmost care and did a fantastic job. Even the new interior trim looks the way we wanted it. THANK YOU AGAIN! We highly recommend Henderson & Daughter. They are honest, fun to work with, and they deliver what they promise.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. IT WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY OTHERS IN OUR CONDO COMPLEX AND IS, IN FACT, THE ONLY WINDOW COMPANY WHICH DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PREAPPROVED BY THE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. DEBBIE, OWNER AND SALES REP., IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ACCOMMODATING. RUSS AND CREW DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF INSTALLING THE WINDOWS. THEY WERE REALLY NICE, UNOBTRUSIVE, EXTREMELY SKILLED, FRIENDLY, AND THOUGHTFUL. THEY PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND MADE SURE THAT EVERY WINDOW AND DOOR WAS PROPERLY INSTALLED. THEY CLEANED UP AND LEFT THE JOB SITE (OUR HOUSE) NICE AND CLEAN. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR FURTHER WORK.

I WAS THRILLED FROM THE FIRST PHONE CONVERSATION TO THE LAST BIT OF INSTALLATION. I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THEY SCHEDULED WENDY TO COME OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY. SHE CALLED TO CONFIRM THE TIME AND CAME EVEN A FEW MINUTES EARLY. THIS WAS THE THIRD BID I'D RECEIVED AND I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY HER LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND KNOWLEDGE. SHE WAS THE ONLY WOMAN I'D RECEIVED A PRESENTATION FROM, AND I THINK IT MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. HER MAIN QUESTION WAS, ''WHAT DO YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE TO LOOK LIKE?'' WE STARTED WITH MY IDEAL LOOK AND WORKED BACKWARDS TO FIND SOMETHING TO FIT MY BUDGET. THE WINDOWS AND DOORS ARRIVED IN 3 WEEKS, THEY SCHEDULE INSTALLATION FOR THE NEXT WEEK, AND THEY WERE INSTALLED IN TWO DAYS. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE INSTALLERS (JEFF AND DENNIS). THEY WERE REALLY FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, CLEAN, AND KEPT MY INDOORS PROTECTED AT ALL TIMES. EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT. I'LL DEFINITELY USE THEM WHEN I RE-DO MY KITCHEN!

NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL ASKING FOR AN ESTIMATE AND I HAD TO CALL A SECOND TIME. TRUDY, THE PERSON WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE, QUOTED A PRICE AND WE SIGNED THE WORK ORDER. SHE RETURNED A WEEK LATER BECAUSE SHE HAD NOT KNOWN THE COST OF THE WINDOW WAS MORE THAN $1000 MORE THAN SHE ORIGINALLY QUOTED. THE PERSON WHO MEASURED THE WINDOW AT OUR HOUSE HAD TO RETURN A SECOND TIME AS HIS FIRST MEASUREMENT WAS IN ERROR. THE INSTALLER HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE INITIALLY AGREED UPON INSTALLATION DATE BECAUSE A WORKER WAS INJURED ON A DIFFERENT JOB. THE COMPANY HAS ONE SET OF INSTALLERS? THE WINDOW THAT WAS DELIVERED WAS 1/2 INCH TOO THIN AND WOULD HAVE EXPOSED CUT SHEET ROCK AND INSULATION UNLESS WE AGREED TO PAY FOR MOLDING TO COVER THE GAP. THE INSTALLER HAD TO CALL HENDERSON & DAUGHTER TO OBTAIN AUTHORITY TO PURCHASE THE MOLDING AT HENDERSON & DAUGHTER EXPENSE. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE JOB HENDERSON & DAUGHTER MAILED ME A BULKY ENVELOPE THAT INCLUDED A QUESTIONNAIRE. I HAD TO PAY $.23 POSTAGE DUE.

THE OWNER CAME TO HOUSE, GAVE A REASONABLE BID, MADE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO SAVE SOME MONEY ON THE INSTALLATION. THE COMPANY RETURNED AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB IN REPLACING OUR WINDOWS.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DELIGHTFUL. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN TO REPLACE OTHER WINDOWS AND POSSIBLY A GLASS DOUBLE DOOR. THEIR INSTALLATION CREW HAS BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY WERE THE NICEST GUYS. OVERALL THEY WERE GREAT. WE PURCHASED MILGARD WINDOWS FROM THEM.

EXCELLENT COORDINATION, WONDROUS QUALITY WINDOWS AND VERY FAIR PRICE. THEY TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF US AND SELL NICE PRODUCTS. NO COMPLAINTS WITH THEM, I WOULD DO IT AGAIN, ESPECIALLY WORKING WITH TINA!
