Summer is the best realtor I’ve ever had! From day one, she went above and beyond my expectations, advocating and educating me every step of the way. I never had a doubt that I was in good hands; Summer truly was a Godsend. Her initial questions were through, home picks instilled confidence, and her negotiating skills resulted in a great deal. Summer is an amazing realtor and a wonderful person! It is rare to come across someone who is outstanding in their job and also a kind person who cares about the people she works with. Haris has helped my family with a few transactions. Our last transaction was a for sale by owner where both seller and buyer (us) represented ourselves, and Haris was still there to help us navigate the process and found us a lender to help our situation. He was helpful, provided information and resources, and was more than willing to help us even though there was nothing in it for him or his team. I know his team is very busy helping so many people, but he always had time for me. I never felt like a client, I felt like family.

Haris came highly recommended by a banker. From day one, he was a great match. We custom built our home and he had great knowledge of the different builders. He is very quick to respond to emails or texts. There were times he would stop by the phone while it was being constructed and would send us photos when we were still out of state. Prior to closing he also inspected the home to look for items that would need touch up prior to the big close. Once we closed on our home, he also hooked us up with discounts with local businesses and also helped facilitate warranty issues with the builders. Clearly, this was done on his own time (months after closing) and out of compassion and sincerity. Truly a great guy to work with and would work with him again.
