Iâ  ve hired Alex for 4 jobs in the past year+ and he consistently provides great service at a fair price. 1. Heâ  s cleaned my roof of moss and it looks new 2. He repaired my roof cap and reshingled it- which stopped some leaking the roof was having. 3. A skylight was leaking during the heavy rains in January and he came quickly, put up sheet metal and roofing caulk and stopped the leaking- what a blessing. 4. He subcontracted to a gutter specialist while he was here demossing my garage roof and the gutter was done expertly and solved the water-overflow. Alex is a professional, excellent communicator and is really knowledgeable about roofing issues. I highly recommend him (Greenleaf Home Services) and have referred him to friends who say the same about his workmanship.

Family owned business and Alex was fantastic. This was a triplex but Alex thought when I gave him the address they were individually owned units so the original bid was for 1870 and he didnâ t realize the entire roof needed cleaning. He didnâ t say anything amount the mistake and went ahead and did the entire roof for his original bid saying it was his mistake. He didnâ t want it, but I compensated Alex for the great job he did and the 6 plus hours he spent on the job. Youâ ll never regret hiring GreenLeaf Property Services to address your needs. Alex is a great guy who works very hard and does a great job. He soft brushed and treated our roof for moss and inspected it too, fixed a small problem with our rain gutter and pressure washed our driveway and concrete walks. Made it all look new. Amazing job really. Mossy black to concrete light gray. Very happy with his work. Recommended.

I hired Alex to clean the moss off my roof and power wash all the concrete around my home. He did an excellent job on both. He used a brush to remove the moss on the roof and it got very clean. While he was on the roof he found that the pipe jack flashings were cracked and there was also a missing chimney cap. He came back a week later and fixed everything. He is friendly, easy to talk to and hardworking. I will certainly hired him again to clean my roof and my walkways again in the future.

Reliable, professional, friendly, cleaned up after the job, and knowledgeable. Alex trudged through three foot snow drifts to keep an appt that he could have easily rescheduled - that is commitment and service!
