He needed to downsize and sell his home, and working full time myself and managing my own family stuff along with his medical care was overwhelming. We had Julie sale our home a few years ago and absolutely loved working with her. I did not hesitate and reached out to her to see if she would take on his home to sell, and represent him as his realtor. I am so grateful I did, she handled everything, and was incredibly patient with my dad, during the process. The home sold very quickly, and the transaction even with a few minor issues (with a previous title issue, nothing related to the present transaction) was seemless, Julie managed everything. Julie takes extreme pride in her company, she’s honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and above all a wonderful person. She had a great marketing strategy, and her and her team went above and beyond to help our family. Many thanks to Julie and Front Door Realty!

I am not comfortable putting on a fake smile and being so "formal" when it comes to big investments. I am so glad Ashley was like one of my girlfriends. She made my husband and I feel quite comfortable. I am extremely happy we chose to go with Ashley at Front Door Reality!!! We would do it again in a heartbeat!!!
Description of Work: Made our first home purchase experience a pleasure!! My husband and I were skeptical at first. Ashley has not been in the real estate business for that long. After our first meet up with her, we were sold! She is very knowledgeable with the business and knew how to work around the sale. As soon as we pulled up to the second house we scheduled with her to see, I knew this was it! This was "our" home. Mind you, my husband and I were not approved for the home loan yet, so going to see a house without being 100% positive that this price was affordable, Ashley assured me to not give up. I didn't. Days later, we were approved for the loan. There were already three offers in for the house, I was hesitant to put the offer in sine there were already other potential buyers, and we did not want to be in a bidding war. Ashley, insisted we put in a strong offer. With her go ahead and reassurance, we did. Even greater news- our offer was accepted 3 hours after putting our offer in!!! I will definitely be referring friends and family to Ashley!!
