the workers did not speak English, van not labeled with companies brand, workers were smokers, very unprofessional, they came next day and tor apart their nice work because they forgot to put something. I was very disappointed with their professionalism, and I had to pay a little extra than what I was expecting

These guys were quick, answered all my questions, and did a great job. We discussed weather I should get a full teardown or just new shingles and they let me know that with the state of our roof we did not need a full teardown and would be fine with a new layer. After booking the job I went to their office to just get confirmation on thing and the owner was happy to talk with me about it. It is now 2 years later and thinks still look good. They cleaned up their waste well too (you are always going to find something left behind but not much at all with these guys). I would recommend them for your roof work.

It lacks some clean up. I had to walk around home with a magnet on a stick to pick up about half a pound of nails.

Great team, Knowledgeable estimating personnel, material preparation, installation crew, managers. It is my first time re-roof job. Luckily, they know what they are doing. Happy with the overall experience.

Amazing company quality work... wouldn't go with any other company

The final result was perfect but there were problems getting there. I contacted them and met with their field rep Stacey. I agreed on the work for a metal roof and the price and gave a large deposit. Oddly, he wrote the wrong phone number for me on the contract. Contacting Tammy at their office, I selected a color via email. I was given an install date, but it did not happen as scheduled. I called their office and Stacey, without responses, and left messages asking for an explanation but received no callback or email. I finally gave up trying and contacted HomeAdvisor. HomeAdvisor troubleshooter took down my information and contacted Fox Roofing president. The president then called me to apologize and said they had been calling the phone number on the contract, which was incorrect. He did not know why my calls were not returned or emails sent. Later, Tammy called to say they needed me to pick a new color because the one I first picked was no longer available. I picked a color and she gave me an install date. The work was done on the scheduled date. They needed to come back the next day and reconnect a roof vent and add the gutter guards. There is no explanation as to the wrong contact number on the contract. Fox Roofing says it is the number listed by HomeAdvisor for me but HomeAdvisor says they have my actual number. It may be a number I had several years ago that is still buried in HomeAdvisor.

Very professional estimating personnel and very knowledgeable. The crew showed up when promised. Cleaned up after themselves everyday. Kept me appraised of roof status and any issues they found. Worked full days til finished and completed the project when promised. The roof and surrounding ground areas were free of debris and nails prior to departing. The final invoice matched the estimate given. No loud music or fowl language was ever heard from start to finish from the crew. Delivered a 5 star product and service.

Be sure they measure correctly!! We ended up paying $1700 more than they estimated.

I am very pleased with the overall experience with Fox Roofing! Mike and Jason were easy to work with and came prepared with samples (which another company didn't ). Tami and Josh always returned phone calls and within a week I had a new roof. The workers were great and were constantly cleaning as they pulled off the old roof. No nails in the grass! It only took them 1 1/2 days to remove old roof and install the new roof. I am Very Happy with the result and would highly recommend them!
