Description of Work: Dave has 1. added a mother-in-law bedroom and 2. a wonderful kitchen to our home as well as some minor maintenance items relating to some faulty siding. We would give our utmost praise to his workmanship and professionalism. We are contemplating remodeling our main bathroom, and he would be at the top of the list...if not the only contractor we chose.

+ -1 more.I have used Emmerton construction for several projects over the past 5 years. The work is consistently excellent and I feel so fortunate to have such a great resource for my ongoing remodeling. I found Emmerton through a recommendation of a friend and I also highly recommend them to anyone doing a remodel. The current work is a whole new kitchen and the work is excellent as always. Emmerton is very good at trouble shooting, offering recommendations, and patiently answering all questions.
Description of Work: Several different projects including installing windows, lights, plumbing, cupboards, hardwood floor repair, woodwork.

Description of Work: I have used them for many jobs. Most recently, they replaced a tub and walk in shower. They also have installed skylights and constructed a garage.

+ 0 moreSince each "job" was really a series of small jobs, this is a little difficult. Dave always arrives on time and ready to work. Even when the job is a little different or bigger than he thought, he sticks with it until it is done.
Description of Work: Dave has done various jobs for us, such as: gutter repair, kitchen sink replacement, exterior door replacement, and some minor cabinet work. He is always punctual and does a very thorough job on any of his tasks. He never tries to "sell" us on more services. He is ready to tackle almost any job and knows how to solve every problem. He is not the cheapest to work with, but he is flexible and totally reliable. Plus, he's a very nice guy to work with. Dave does all the work himself, although he does bring an assistant if extra lifting is needed.
