Division 6 Contracting

They were very punctual in showing up for the initial bid and had the best rates. Stellar service all around and would recommend their services to anyone. Great communication through the whole process and never had a single issue come up. Great great work all around.

This provider was recommended by Kitchen Concepts (Don Wills). After several phone calls back and forth to mesh our busy schedules, we finally made an appointment for October 27, 2014 at 4:00pm. The provider was a no call/no show. I have chosen a new contractor for my remodeling needs.

This contractor is working for Kitchen Concepts NW. I have nothing bad to say about Kitchen Concepts per se, however their choice of sub contractor leaves a bit to be desired. We had them all (Kitchen Concepts and Division 6) come to our home to review a remodel job we wanted to start. We are doing complete remodels of the kitchen and master bath, along with minor updates to another bathroom and replacing all the flooring. We received a partial bid from Kitchen Concepts on time, but the remainder of the bid from Division 6 came three weeks later, after I had contacted Kitchen Concepts to inquire why I hadn't gotten the rest of the bid. Division 6's numbers looked very low so we looked at the bid more carefully. Upon review the bid did not contain any hardware whatsoever. We thought it was to be a complete bid and would contain everything (labor, sinks, tub, shower, tile, etc) - not just labor and flooring. It also didn't it have everything we want updated. When I contacted them to fix the bid, it took them another two weeks to return the new estimate. By that time, we had already selected a different contractor, who is much more responsive. Unfortunately for Kitchen Concepts, Division 6 is not helping them be a better company.

They were very good. They were recommended to us by the company that we had used for remodeling, and that’s how we found them. They were very helpful and professional. They were excellent contractors. They’ve been a great network resource when we needed something else. So either they did the other things that we wanted or they recommended others to us. So they’ve been just real easy to work with. They were really good with what they’ve done. The work was of thick quality. We’ve modified the quote several times and done different things with it. So we don’t even know what it’s going to end up at. We’re still working with them. They’ve been very reasonable. They’re kind of a catch all contractors that hire different people to do things, if they don’t do it themselves. They’ve just been super. We guess their workmanship is very good. If something is incorrect, they come back and correct it.
