Before hiring Design Doctors we had met with many other contractors, most of who were pretty unresponsive and others kept changing their prices. We were very leery starting work with Design Doctors because of the previous contractors and the amount of money we were spending. However, we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. They stuck exactly to their budget and stressed that everything would be done to our specifications. All the work they did was beautiful and very high quality. My husband and I are perfectionists but that wasn't a problem at all. In fact many times the crew made suggestions that turned out to be better than we could imagine. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will be hiring them in the future to redo the kids bathroom.

Justin and team did an amazing job. On time, on budget with a high quality repair. On top of it all, they engineered a solution that saved me quite a bit of money as compared to other quotes. A very professional experience from start to finish.

We met with Justin and Nick at first and discussed what we were looking for and our budget. They both had some great ideas. I met with Hayes Cabinets to select my cabinets and hardware. Very professional. Then I met with Justin to go over countertops, flooring, backsplash etc. He had very good design ideas for my kitchen and listened to what I was looking for. Nick also helped with selection of the sink and faucet etc. The project manager, Tyler, was very professional and very personable as well. He and his crew always left the place very neat after they completed for the day. Tyler was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had and was very patient. Overall, the project went smoothly. They were able to finish on schedule despite a few issues with materials not being there. In addition, they were able to replace the flooring in our foyer to match the kitchen floor. The workmanship on all accounts is excellent. In 6 weeks, they raised the ceiling and put in new drywall, textured and painted ceilings and walls, and installed new lighting,cabinets,countertops, backsplash ,hood and appliances and flooring. They also ensured that we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to fix any issues, of which there were just a few. We are hoping to use them again for our master bath next year.

They started on the day they said they would, and all of the crews were very skilled and professional. They blended the new with the old and it all looks fantastic inside and out.

Everything went exactly as planned and on time. The detail work was done by experts who knew what they were doing. Workers were very responsive to my questions and concerns no matter how minor. Clean up was every day.

The professionalism from everyone we came in contact within this company were professional, friendly and totally accommodating. Anything we wanted to do was fine with them, they would advise if it was the smart way to go upon my request. I cannot say enough about this company and the employees.

All work was completed quickly and professionally. The communication from the company was consistent and my questions were answered within a couple hours. We were very pleased with the service, the people and the work that was completed. We thought that going with a general contractor might slow things down and make communication more difficult but everything went incredibly smoothly. We have already been talking to them about future work that we would like to have done.

This is the third project I have undertaken with Design Doctors. It is always a pleasure to work with Justin and his crew. They are professional, courteous, responsive, and always go that extra mile to make your remodel project outstanding! One word succinctly defines the services of Design Doctor -- OUTSTANDING!! Outstanding in terms of customer services, craftsmanship, responsiveness and punctuality, cost, professionalism, etc., etc. I was in desperate need of repairing my detached undercount kitchen sink and called plumbing companies, construction firms, granite companies, and the like who all either said they were not able to do the work or referred me to another company which was unable to help. I went to Angie's List and contacted Design Doctor thinking that the "Doctor" portion of the company's name could "cure" my problem. To my delight, I contacted Justin, the owner who was kind enough to come out within a couple days to diagnose the problem. Being so separate to repair, the problem, I asked him to fix the problem without obtaining an estimate. I was willing to pay any amount but to my surprise, the final invoice was more than reasonable given the number of visits. The repair process took several days but Justin, not only repaired the sink but also repaired some other plumbing issues that I was unaware of. I would, without any reservations recommend Design Doctor for any construction needs. I know that I will contact him to do the remodeling on my master bathroom in the near future. These guys are great!!!

From the intial consultation with Justin and Nick, to the completion of two remodeled bathrooms, Design Doctors delivered top quality craftsmen, communication, and a beautiful finished project. The staff, (Justin, Nick, Jared, Crystal, Tyler, Brian, Jack, Ryder, Riggs, and Juan) provided communication and excellent service at times as promised. They listened to me and also made professional suggestions that enhanced the finished project. The cost was spot on as estimated. I was extremely pleased with my whole Design Doctor Construction experience and remodeled bathrooms! I will definitely call them for my next remodel project! Outstanding is an inadequate word to describe the services provided by the company. Design Doctor is one of the most professional, highly skilled construction company that I have ever dealt with. From the initial call through the completion of the work, words cannot describe the excellent services. Prior to contacting Design Doctor, I called other plumbing companies, handymen, and general contractors and was unsuccessful in getting any company to help with my problem. My call was returned within the day, and Laura Ross, the co-owner contacted me and arranged for her husband and co-owner Justin to assess the damage. The repair took three days because they had to re-set the sink and let it dry and then reconnect the plumbing. Not only did Justin fix the problem but he also repaired other existing plumbing defects. Justin and his crew are professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. Should I have any household problems in the future, such as renovations, I will definitely contact Design Doctor and not even obtain an appraisal.

This outfit is phenomenal! From the owners (Justin & Laura) to their entire crew (thank you to Nick, Krystal, Hope, Tyler, Keith, Marcus, and probably several others that I didn't have a chance to meet or get to know). We had a leak with our dishwasher, that ultimately meant gutting my kitchen, down to the studs. From the first phone call (which they actually returned promptly, when many others did not...some, not at all), they were there for us. They were so supportive throughout the negotiation with our insurer, including communicating directly with them, and being there to back us up when the insurer insisted that they had to have additional bids from OTHER contractors. All of which was very time consuming, and all of this BEFORE THEY EVER HAD A SIGNED CONTRACT with us!! I know our job wasn't the biggest, but we were never made to feel unimportant. The ceiling work was an after-thought, while we waited for the kitchen cabinets to be completed (which, also through Design Doctors' efforts, were done 11 days earlier than the original delivery date). They: - Communicate throughout the entire process. They were honest and helpful. Very important to me...! - Are prompt to work, and understanding about working with our schedules! - Are very professional, cleaned up every day (even when I said they didn't need to), courteous, friendly, knowledgeable! - Were on budget and on time! - They do what they say, when they say they are going to do it! I have recommended them to several people, and will continue to do so in the future. My kitchen is so pretty!! Floors and ceilings, too... THANK YOU, Design Doctors!

The excellence started with the initial bid. We spoke with and received several quotes from different companies however Design Doctors were the only ones that really listened to what we wanted and they were genuinely excited to help us see our vision turn to reality. They coordinated each step of the process and kept us updated along the way. There were no surprises or delays and we never had to wonder if or when things were going to happen. The entire team was amazing and very professional. The quality of the work is excellent and it shines through from the design, woodwork (construction & stain), electrical components, concrete, roofing & skylights, landscaping and communication. In addition to the work, the crews were very respectful of this being our home. They cleaned everything up at the end of everyday and treated our space as if it was their own. The results are beautiful! We have had many compliments on the structure and the quality is really want people notice. We recommend anyone looking for any type of remodeling to contact Design Doctors. We have been so pleased and impressed with their work, they will be hearing from us again for future projects!

Justin and his crew from Design Doctors have worked for me as needed for 5 years. When we purchased our home they re-modeled my 2 bathrooms, did all the tile work in our kitchen and installed the slate on our porch and in our entry. 2 years ago while we were out of town, a tree fell into our house. There was a hole in the roof and the front entryway was destroyed. There was some water damage inside. Justin met with the insurance aduster, had the roof repaired and stabilized the entryway until I returned. When we returned, Design Doctor upgraded the entry way, installed a new front door and had the inside water damage repaired. Last year Justin's crew built a new closet for me. I completely trust Justin and his crew. Work is always done on time, the price is fare and the area they are working in is cleaned every day before they leave.

Our schedules never seem to align but every time I solicit them for a bid they are the most professional, friendly and through of all the respondents. I guess that is why they are always too busy!

JUstin was great, Scott his finish carpenter was incredible. They came and gave me a bid within days of calling. They bid the project, showed up when they said they would, controlled dust, cleaned up after themselves. And didn't go over budget. Very happy. Will use again!

went according to plan, small tweaks but finished very quickly and very high quality. Responsive to small change orders. More than satisfied.

There is one word I can say about Design Doctors: Awesome! I didn't have to go to a bunch of different contractors. They did everything and it was fantastic. I'd hire them again to do anything around my house because I know it'd be done correctly.

Our master bath room double vanity was open to the bedroom, with a pocket door shut to use the toilet and our large fiber glass shower, we now have a very beautiful enclosed bathroom with a larger shower and if you are a shy person you can shower sitting down. All permits were done, this is a quality company that is not only good at what they do but the work crews are great people. Justin the owner is a Veteran and gives us Veterans a discount!! He taught me a lot. 1st ask if the contractor has the certifications to do the work. I found out the hard way, I hired a BS'er who gave me a quote. Then did work he was not certified to do so could not get a permit kept lying to me about it kept missing work.. needles to say we parted ways at a loss of money for me and I actually helped him with some of the work. Design Doctors had to rip out the pluming work he did because he was not a plumber. They couldn't permit it. We went to a friends home and saw the amazing job that Design Doctors did on there kitchen and bathroom and gave them a call. Justin will be on point, honest and direct and if you need some help trying to figure your design he has a great mind for it. Great guy and Company!! We have 2 more bathrooms and are hoping to bring them in soon for the next one.

All work was done to satisfaction, and I can confidently recommend the Design Doctors team, based off of my experience with their company. You can expect first rate customer service with Design Doctors. Also, of the three estimates I received, for the work I needed done, Design Doctors provided the fairest quote. I do feel that Design Doctors went the extra mile, with my home's project. They did everything possible to ensure I was satisfied with the services they were providing. My experience with Design Doctors is one of the best I've had, with a contractor. I will not hesitate to hire them again, should I have a further need for home renovation work.

The project went very well. We really appreciated working with Nick setting up all the details of the project and once it started, we really enjoyed working with Tyler, the foreman. He was on the job daily, kept us informed of all the details and communicated issues and/or changes clearly. He is honest and upbeat. It was a pleasure to work with him. A project like this is never without challenges, but Design Doctors tried very hard to make everything as easy for us as possible. They use an app called "Buildertrend" and that aided in the communication, even when we were not able to be at the house. Design Doctors employees are very polite and courteous and they clean up after themselves remarkably well. We are very happy with the tile work done by Jeremy, Rigs and Donovan. We also enjoyed working with the subcontractors that Design Doctors chose to work with. We have no complaints about any of the sub contractors. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and did great work. Design Doctors Construction was very fair with the charges on change orders. We were left with the feeling that they looked out for our best interest. We highly recommend them to anyone who has an inside remodel project, whether large or small.

All of the craftsmen involved were professional, courteous, came on the dates they said they would and were on time. Their estimates of the time required for the jobs were accurate and there were no delays. Their estimates for cost were more than reasonable. The workmanship for all of them was excellent. The cabinet refinishing required cleaning, sanding, staining and two coats of polyurethane. The results were beautiful and much better than I had hoped for. The cost of the cabinet refinishing alone was approximately $7,000 less than two other companies had quoted for refinishing,refacing or replacing the cabinets with new cabinets of lower quality. Any problems were addressed promptly and courteously. To top it all off all of the men were pet lovers who were very cognizant of the importance of the safety of my cat. I had no hesitation about leaving the house while they were working because I felt that she was safe. I will definitely keep Design Doctors at the top of my "go to" list in the future. Justin and his crew were Amazing!! Although this was a relatively small job, it was very important to us. The work that they did and all aspects of their performance were absolutely exceptional. I had checked with two of their references prior to hiring them and these references were totally positive. I now see why. We are considering a full remodeling of the Master Bath and a smaller remodeling of the kitchen, which we would definitely want Design Doctors to do.

I did a very thorough job vetting the majority of the contractors (probably about 60) in the area by looking at multiple factors: reviews, licensing, bonding and insurance, lawsuits, criminal backgrounds, claims against bonding and insurance, and BBB complaints. Although this process was tedious, it was worthwhile due to the large scope of the project and the huge risks associated with hiring a contractor. I can say with confidence that I made the right decision by going with Design Doctors. They are honest, skilled and have integrity. They saw the process through to the end, even though I was very picky and attentive to detail. The final product is impeccable, and I am very happy I spent the effort with my due diligence. We will be doing the exterior next summer, and we will definitely be going with Design Doctors. I'm not saying anything bad about any other contractors, but take it from somebody who has spent countless hours vetting contractors that going with Design Doctors is an excellent option if you live in this area.

What a pleasant surprise to actually have someone call you back when they said they would! And extra bonus they were exceedingly friendly, open and honest about their process and timelines. Although it did not meet my crunch timeline, they were a pleasure to work with on getting my bid. Thank you will keep them in mind for future projects.
