The whole team at Design Doctors Construction worked to get the bathroom totally remodeled as quickly as possible. They kept me updated on what was being done and any issues that came up. They kept the work site squared away each day. I will hire again when I am ready to do some more remodeling projects

I am very happy with the work done by Design Doctors! The tile design presented some challenges which slowed the project down. The tile was installed as designed and looks great so the wait was worth the time. The bathroom was converted to a primary bathroom that will allow me to age in place and use a wheelchair or walker if that were ever to become required. I would like the entire team that contributed to the project they were all great

Design Doctors' staff were always polite and professional. They did good, speedy work--making a very disruptive project considerably less disruptive than it could be. They checked up on our satisfaction weeks later, and took care of a problem that emerged (through no fault of their own) months later. This is a very good company, and a pleasure to work with.

This remodel took place just as the pandemic hit, so it was definitely under stressful circumstances. Design Doctors was amazing to work with and they made the process as smooth as possible. Not only were they professional but they were caring, punctual, and their communication was top notch. We felt as if we were their only customer due to the attention to detail and patience they exhibited. The end result was beautiful and we feel like we are living in a brand new home. Design Doctors is an excellent company that provided outstanding work and focused on customer satisfaction and quality installation. Justin Ross the owner, was responsive, thorough, easy to work with and very honest. The Master Bath tile work done by Jared was the best I have seen. I have already recommended Design Doctors to two friends who wanted to remodel their homes after seeing the quality of the work performed in my home. The job was done on time and within budget. I would use Design Doctors again without question for any future projects.

In April 2019 we contacted Design Doctors about remodeling our small (10X10-foot) kitchen area, a project driven by the need to replace our 40 year old JennAir downdraft range. Over the previous 2 years we had received quotes from 6 other contractors, each of whom wanted us to use their predetermined design rather than listening to what we desired. Design Doctors listened. They were also the only contractor to discuss the need to remove and replace all of the sheetrock and flooring – actions that disclosed pending problems with flooring and electrical wiring. Justin Ross provided 4 design options and accompanied us on vendor visits to select products. DD employees its own workmen so no delays with subcontractors. Marcus kept us continuously advised of scheduled work and made sure it was completed properly and timely. His workmen were at the house nearly everyday throughout the 8-week project. They kept the work areas confined and swept and cleaned at the end of every work day. Design Doctors presented us with a notebook of information and instructions on every product and submitted the warranties for us. We have worked with over 10 great contractors during the past 30 years, but none have provide the personal approach, thoroughness and attention to detail of Design Doctors.

Everything went very well. Work was done in a timely manner and all craftsmanship was excellent. I do professional craft work and know the value of an experienced contractor. Justin was quick to respond and worked well with my insurance agent. I would highly recommend Design Doctors for any of your construction needs.

It was a small job but we just were not able to do it ourselves. Design Doctor was very accommodating and did it for us. We have had them do several other larger jobs for us and have always been very pleased with their work and the cost of the jobs. We would hire them again if we have something else we need done.

They are brilliant. Design work is excellent. They show up on time and do the work on time and at or under their estimate. They will be doing the build out for a new office I am leasing. I will use them for anything they can do. Excellent in every regard.

Design Doctor workers did a top-shelf job. They were very careful during the demolition phase to keep our house as clean as possible and throughout the project they were careful not to damage our floors as they moved in and out of the house. The new walk-in shower with grab bars was built with the best design and materials available. Justin of Design Doctor makes it very plain that they stand behind every bit of their work. The end result is spectacular! I would go to this company again in a heartbeat and would recommend them without reservation.

They did the main bath and were there each day and finished it in a timely manner. Harry was there each day the contractors were there. Then we had them just do the counter top in the master bath. A company in Camas did the work but Harry was there supervising each day. By the way, Harry works for Design Doctors. Thanks Design Doctors!

The Design Doctors team is specifically trained in design solutions for aging in place and for the disabled. We needed to have wheelchair ramps installed from our garage and from our patio into our home, as well as grab bars installed in our bathrooms. Justin and his team worked with us to carefully determine what would make moving around our new home in my power chair very easy for me. They installed smart locks and new dual shower heads with handheld shower heads at the appropriate height for me—and a number of other tasks that helped make our home more comfortable. Everyone from the office staff to the various trade specialists were thoughtful, on time, and very communicative throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this company!

Better than I could have ever imagined! The people here are the best, they do great quality work! They were always here on time (which meant a lot to me). They cleaned up after each day of work. They were very careful not to damage my other walls, doors, carpet etc. They took special care in protecting those things. I will be having them do my master bath in the future. Design Doctor did the remodeling of our master bath in July 2013. Project cost: more than 20k. We have been happy with the results. More than 5 years later, in 12/2018, the door of our frameless shower rubbed against each other and the door could not be closed properly, I called Design Doctor. They scheduled a sub whom we assume handles all frameless glass shower doors to come over. Problem was fixed. No charge. Most recently, 5/2019, our shower head leaked. An annoying issue. The shower valve controls both temperature and volume. Based on our google research, this is not a Do it yourself type of repair. We did not think that Design Doctor would do such small job but decided to call to ask Design Doctor for recommendation. Justin came soon after our call to assess the problem and then schedule a person to come to replace a part of the shower control and problem is now fixed. Cost - only $270 part and labor. Design Doctor not only stand by the quality of their work but continue to support their customers. That's incredible customer service. Thank you so much Justin. You guys are awesome !!!

Very well, we lived in the house through the ongoing work. all the projects were finished on time and on budget.

Work was performed very professionally in a timely manner. All questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. All those who worked on our project took exceptional care to ensure that we were kept informed of what to expect as the work progressed. We might have found another contractor that would have been less costly but the "quality" of the work and the personnel of the company far out weighed the cost consideration. In 2014 Design Doctors remodeled our kitchen so we knew what to expect. Would we hire again is asked above and answered yes. That is a very emphatic "yes./"

After the wonderful job they did renovating my last house, it sold in three days! I knew that Design Doctors would get this next house in great shape. My house looks new and I know it was done right!

Design Doctors are also design wizards. Justin’s team were able to synthesis my months of research, exacting needs and limited budget into a workshop/studio that has a WOW factor of 10. This project started with a shed core, then included reframing new windows and doors for structural integrity, updating all internal systems, a raised floor for a wet room area, a method of sediment collection, a heat resistant area, all within a tight blueprint for 288 sq. ft. That alone was a stretch of creativity. Justin and Markus came up with “ thinking outside the box” solutions. Then you top that with a team of dedicated professional craftsmen who take pride in their work down to the details and finishing, who communicate throughout the process, show up early with a smile, and cleanup each day. They made my dream studio a reality and I enjoyed the process. I highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them again.
