+ -1 moreI sure wish I knew what I did to make these guys dislike me. Dallas Landscapes trimmed my cypress trees and arborvitaes in both 2012 and 2013. They did a good job at a good price. However, last year they wouldn't return my phone calls. I left a message twice. This year, instead of returning my phone call, they handed off the job to another company. When that person (it seems to be a one-man company, I am unsure if he even has a crew) came to give an estimate, it was just weird. He needed directions to my house, wanted to borrow my ladder for the job (huh?) and he was just generally strange and uncommunicative. The last time I hired someone like that, the results were horrible and I got ripped off. I am very unlikely to hire him. So, I guess I have been blacklisted by Dallas Landscapes. I never had any trouble with them at all and I liked their service, so I don't know why. What they did this year was kind of an insult, so I am giving up on them for good. It's clear that they don't want to do business with me any more, so there's nothing I can do but move on.
