They were fast and professional and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Although the original plan was to clean my roof, my neighbors got together and did that for me. I went ahead and hired them to power wash my house instead. They were quick to respond, showed up on time and did a good job. The price was right, also. I will use them in the future.

Very professional cleaned up after themselves and very thorough

I hired this company to powerwash the concrete (sidewalks, parking areas, cement patio) and also the exterior of our 3-story house. The guy phoned me immediately to set up an appointment for an estimate. Later, when I accepted his bid, he set up an appointment for the powerwashing. Two guys came to the house. They used a machine to clean the concrete which had a large, round rotating brush for scrubbing it. They were able to get off all the years' worth of moss, algae, etc. on the sidewalk - which had not been phased by my sweeping, hosing, scraping, and applications of moss killer! The cement looked as clean as it did 20 years ago when the house was almost new. On our house, they got down all the cob webs and wasp nests under the eaves - as I was hoping. Additionally, the windows were much cleaner. They jarred an upper-story screen loose in the process - but managed somehow to put it back on, without my asking. They even washed a couple old plastic lawn chairs which I thought were mildewed beyond help. In short, I was pleased beyond my expectations. Definitely will hire this group next time.

There was a miscommunication between the office and the crew and they didn't clean the windows on the first visit as I had asked. However, they came back the next day and did the job. Other than this small hiccup I was very pleased

Dave and crew did an amazing job making my building look clean and presentable for an inspection by a potential buyer. He fit me into his schedule on very short notice and the price was very reasonable. Having seen the building before my realtor was very impressed with the way it looked after they were done.

On time, courteous and helpful, excellent work, including clean-up after gutters were cleaned. Have recommended them to a neighbor.
