The day of the appointment he called 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and told me he was running a little behind schedule and would be at my house in about a half hour. A half hour later he arrived at my house. He was professional, courteous, and easy-going. He spent about an hour and a half checking out and cleaning my heat pump system and installed a new filter. He gave my system the A-OK. I'd use this company again and recommend them to my friends.
Description of Work: Heat Pump seasonal check-up, preventative maintenance, and cleaning.

+ -1 moreWork started on time at 8AM Monday October 5, 2009. ? Removal of old ductwork, debris, etc finished the first day. ? Installation of Tyvec layer took 2 full days. This was about 1/2 day longer than projected due to multiple pedistal style foundation construction methods of 1970s. This required significant amount of triming to fit. ? Installation of visqualine layer took 1/2 day. All this work was completed by the end of the 3rd day, Wednesday October 7, 2009. (Time of this report.) Project completion plan: Estimated to be completed by Friday October 9, 2009 ? Installation of the new custom designed flexible ductwork started on time on the 4th day, Thursday. ? Custom clothes dryer duct installed on 4th day. ? Project (TO BE) completed and furnace airflow tested by the end of the day on Friday.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of heating system ductwork in crawlspace of 33 year old home in Cascade Park, Vancouver. • disconnect and removal of all old flexible ductwork and 30 year accumulation of leftover ductwork pieces, plastic ground sheeting and other debris • apply new Tyvec layer to floor joists to seal, support and contain fiberglass insullation under floor (ceiling of crawlspace) • lay down new visqualine layer to the floor of the crawlspace • design, install new heating system air distribution system using insulated flexible ductwork • New clothes dryer duct designed and installed, including new custom vent fixture for the foundation penetration.
