Description of Work: Roof Inspection (free), installed vent (we already had purchased), checked all other vents to make sure that they were nailed down as #RiversideHomes (builder) overlooked nailing down our vents and they keep flying off in heavy wind stroms.

+ -1 moreThe job went very well, took less than a day. All tear-off material was removed as per agreement and 4 sheets of plywood were replaced. Cost included vapor barrier. Highly recommend this company. I'm now looking to replace the roof on the rest of the house, waiting for a call back now.
Description of Work: Replaced flat roof over deck and a bedroom with energy efficient 60 mil TPO roofing.
