Had to return a laptop and there were very quick and friendly with no hassles. Great 90 day return policy on computers.

Their pricing is very reasonable. My daughter bought a pair of glasses at a local store with 35% discount, and the whole price was 464$. I could get that at Costco for 200$. Their service is excellent.

I like the knowledgeable of the products and the price of the products. I also like the guarantee. They need to broad their selection because they don't carry a lot of brands, such as they only carry Gold Medal flour. If they don't have what I want I go somewhere else.

The carpets were done right exactly the way it was supposed to be. The people were fine. Everything was fine. The draperies and Hunter Douglas blinds were excellent. I had no complaints about them at all.

I spend $100 on average when I go to them. The quality of their products stands out. Their service is good and their return policy is unmatched. They are a bit more expensive than some of the other places but the quality warrants it. It is value for money with them.

My interaction with them went easy and it was good. They did everything that they said they were going to do and the installation went very well.

They came to our home to show us the examples. They then installed the carpet and did a great job. We were very pleased with the words.

They have a subcontractor that actually does this work for them. They've done a really good job for us not only in providing the product, but also in design guidance and helping us with solutions. The cost was competitive to other people. There was more bang for the buck because the lady that assisted us, Linda, has also worked in interior decorating. She was able to help us with decorating as well. You get far more for the price you pay.

UNFORTUNATELY WHEN WE ARRIVED AT COSTCO, THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TIRES I NEEDED IN STOCK. THEY WERE ORDERED QUICKLY AND I WAS CALLED RIGHT IN WHEN THEY ARRIVED AND ALL TIRES WERE REPLACED EFFICIENTLY.
