The service was completed yesterday, 10/29, and the evidence of it is literally lying all over ground around the house. This is the 3rd year in a row I've had the service. Each year the number of invading insects drops by 60-80%, so with this being the 3rd time there really wasn't too much, but I know if I'd skipped this year, it would be really bad next year. Thank you again, Ted, awesome job!

Today was like any other normal experience I have with complete exterminators. When anything erupts, especially last summer when I found hornets nests in the ground not only did they treat the ones that I saw they took the time to search the rest of my property and found additional and treated it at no charge because I'm an existing customer. Regardless of what my circumstances are ants etc I can call them and it's so pretty much guarantee that they're there that day if not the following. Their punctuality and professionalism is outstanding I couldn't even fathom the thought of using anybody else therefore I will be a lifetime customer. They're so friendly and knowledgeable and most important for me and my family is that everything they use is safe for my children pets and even the wildlife that I have on 5 acres. I highly recommend them to anybody with any situation little or small. Thank you again complete exterminators...

Because we had saw mouse near the kitchen sink in September, Complete Exterminating came out immediately and put bait stations under the sink, the crawl space, garage and the back patio of our condo. It took about 7 days before we saw no mouse droppings under the sink. Devon came out again in December to rebait and check the stations; most of the stations were empty. We started the 3 month maintenance plan, and Devon came out last week to check the stations. We had very little activity in the crawlspace and no activity elsewhere, including under the sink. They put a large station outside for the first line of defense which showed no activity, so we have eradicated the problem for now. The maintenance plan is worth it for peace of mind, and Devon and Stan from the office are are awesome!

They came the same day after I called for about a suspicious noise and since then come every quarter to refill the bait stations. No pests in this house.

I use them at two houses and a business. They really helped with an infestation of mice and rats at a rental home and at a much lower price than competitors. My place of business had an ant issue before that they took care of and we've also had issues with bees a few times that they helped us out with as well. They're just really easy to work with and they haven't let me down once and I have been using them for about 5-7 years now.

They do an excellent job. They give a fairly price. They have a great communication and also great on explaining of what they do.

They come and spray on a regular basis. They have really controlled our spider issue. They have been timely, completed excellent work. The one time we had a concern they came back and made it right. I am impressed with their quality of work.

They 100% succeeded in getting rid of my ant problem. It only took 20 minutes for them to go around my entire property and spray. They explained the process to me so that I understand what was going to happen and to top it off, their products are safe for animals and they were extremely friendly. I will be having them back for any insect problems.

Ted and his associates are very responsive and thorough. Extremely ethical and trustworthy. I feel that the price we paid was very fair for the scope of work. The treatments completely eliminated the problem. We use Complete Exterminating to protect our business as well. I highly recommend them.

I would give them an ?A?. We have been very satisfied that is why we brought them back and we will continue using them. They are very professional and very polite. They are courteous and they always sent out a postcard about a week before they do and if the date does not work, all I do is call them and say sorry it does not work and we set up a different date. They are easy to work with. I have no complaints whatsoever. They will back sometime in June.

I wish to file a complaint against Complete Exterminating, 13504 NE 84th Street, Ste 103-114, Vancouver, WA 98682. Owner Ted came last month for a “mouse check”. They had previously installed 3 boxes in the 2 crawl spaces in the basement, each box with 5 cubes of “mouse poison”. Last month he showed me the boxes and all 3 boxes were empty (crumbs of the cubes remained in each box). He refilled them. He told me that each cube kills 50 mice. That would be 250 mice killed for each box. Originally they had suggested to have them come back in 3 months for another check. But because my house was infested I should have them come back in one month. He told me if their company did not come and I were to take a vacation for a few months, the house (inside) would be overrun with mice on my return. He said mice are smart and they would know that no one was home because of the silence. So I had him return Friday November 21st, 2014 between 12 and 2pm. Everyone I told this story to laughed that he would make such claims. My honest contractor Dan Peppel (cell 360-597-8322) was here doing some work for me Friday morning. I asked him to go take pictures of the boxes with his cell phone which he did. He showed me that there were 5 cubes in 2 of the boxes and only 4 cubes in one of the boxes. Dan said that I could give his phone number for confirmation that he indeed did take a photo of the boxes prior to the arrival of Complete Exterminating and he is not deleting them from his phone so he can prove by the time stamp that he took them shortly before the arrival of Ted at Complete Exterminating. When Ted from Complete Exterminating arrived he took the pictures of the 3 boxes in the crawl space and then showed me the pictures on his cell phone. I asked him to forward the pictures to my cell phone. He showed 2 cubes in one box, 3 cubes in one box and 4 cubes in one box. This morning Dan sent me the details of the pictures he took in a screenshot formation showing the time he took them (12:07pm). Ted from Complete Exterminating took the photos while in the crawl space and when he came upstairs he sent them to my cell phone at 1:44 pm November 21st. It is clear that Ted of Complete Extermination removed some of the cubes to make it look like the mice at eaten them. I feel he is trying to take advantage of a senior. I live in a senior 55 plus housing area. I see he is not a member of the BBB but I would still like it noted that he is not an honest person as he states in his advertisement. Ted was and always has been on time. Very friendly and professional. Not pushy at all. Next 3-month visit would have been February 2015, but Ted said bugs are not as active then so wait til March/April 2015 when they become more active. I really appreciate his honesty and recommend him highly! Also love the postcard reminder in the mail as 3-5 months down the road I forget that it's time...my postcard arrives with a date and a window of arrival time. I have had to change the day and time on a couple of occasions and it has never been a problem.

We had wasps coming into one of the bedrooms even though the door and window were shut. We called Complete Exterminating. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional. He said that the nest was between the inner and outer wall. He drilled very small holes in the wall to spray into. He said that if it was needed he would come back and not charge, but in most cases a second visit is not needed. Several days past and there was no more activity. We had seen and caught a couple mice with peanut butter in a plastic trap, then we took them to a field and let them go. A week after the exterminator was here, my husband went into the crawl space for a routine check and found a couple dead mice. It's been several months now and no more evidence of mice. We wonder if there was maybe a nest below where he sprayed and he got them too. We will call Complete Exterminating if we ever have any more unwelcome visitors.
