+ -1 moreI called around to get quotes for replacing ink pads on an Epsom printer and got quotes for $107 and $47. I decided to buy a new printer instead. Later when I realized the new printer wouldn't print on some print media, I decided to fix the old Epson and have two working printers. Since they had given me the lowest quote, I took the printer to Compass Micro approximately 10 a.m. Friday morning. They stated that they could probably get it done in a few hours. Instead, they called me within the hour that the work was completed and I was able to pick it up while still in their area, rather than do the 20 mile round trip to my house and back. I was very grateful for that. The two staff people I dealt with were friendly and professional. If I have printer problems in the future, I will definitely seek their services.

+ -1 moreThis business does not work on HP printers, so he did refer me to another business for future needs. He was very nice and professional, and I would use them again if I had the need.
Description of Work: I had a paper jam in my HP LaserJet 4 printer that I could not extract. I took it in, and the gentleman there was able to remove it in about 30 seconds - no charge.

+ -1 moreI would definitely recommend Compass Micro for Canon printer repairs.
Description of Work: My 3-year-old Canon multifunction printer jammed and a piece was left inside where I could not get to it. Compass Micro was recommended by Canon Technical Support. I took the printer in for the service. Russ was very nice - he extracted the retained piece of paper and did not charge me the 1/2 hour minimum fee. I did need a new print head, however, and purchased that. He also gave me a reference to a service who can repair my HP laserjet printer, as he does not work on HP products.
