Work was completed within the time allotted. Used my Angies List pricing. Quick, fast, and neat.

The customer service, price, and punctuality was good but then I left the deal feeling the "you get what you pay for" feeling. Yes all the lights work as requested now, but the fit/finish/cleanup of the light panels and visual damage was not professional or expected at all (4 panels required rework (drywall, paint, refitting)). I don't think that they'd do this to their own home, so I don't know why they thought it was ok to leave my home and its light switches/panels in the condition that they left them in as if my home was their opportunity for training. I was told that a drywall guy would contact me following the work to repair the damages but I was never contacted and ended up doing the work myself. Choose wisely and consider this review as talking points if considering their services!

Bob from Compass Electric came on time & fixed it very quickly. He was respectful, courteous & professional. I would certainly call him again.

We Called Compass Electric and they responded quite quickly in spite of a very busy schedule. The tech was very professional and pleasant and replaced the offending outlet quickly and efficiently. He also took some extra time to reassure us about the integrity of our home's electrical system.

They were amazing. The work was done quickly efficiently. They left the work area clean. Everything continues to work very well.

Just excellent! Despite the ice and snow, Bobby and Joey arrived on time to the minute and promptly completed all tasks. Their work was very professional, and they left each workspace clean and tidy. As well, each graciously answered our questions and concerns. We couldn't have asked for more. We won't hesitate to call on Compass Electric the next time we need an electrician.

It was a small job but they were very persistent in getting it done and they communicated very effectively. They got back to us right away, set up an appointment, and they never forgot to follow up with us. When the job time came they did everything according to plan and got it done without any delays, hiccups, or extra charges.

There was an issue with the permit and they came right back and settled it at no charge.
