Matt was available earlier than scheduled time which was better for me. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job and gave me an excellent price, I would recommend or hire Compass Electric again.

Matt provided great service, explained options, and was responsive to my questions. He also phoned in advance of arrival and provided a referral for a plumber to complete this project.

Everything went very well and I would certainly call them again.

He did a fast efficient job repairing it. He responded promptly to my call and took care to let me know in what time frame he would be coming. He then called to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and I would definitely contact him first for any future electrical work. His charge for the service was very reasonable.

Came out for an estimate but never sent me a written estimate. I was ready to hire but since I never got my written estimate I guess I won’t hire them

Compass Electric was really great! They came on time and provided me with a good quote. They were able to add my work to their queue quickly. My new fan has a quirk and it was pointed out before they left.

Called another electrician I'd used before; no longer serving our area. Checked Angie's List; reached out to Compass Electric. They made house call, provided quote then returned approx 2 weeks later to do the work. The electrician checked another area where I thought I needed a plug but provided an astute option which saved us $$. The work was performed quickly & the new plug works as promised. The price "seemed" a bit high but we rarely hire this type of service, so I don't have a solid form of reference/comparison. They also charge an additional 3% for credit cards so paid by check (bummer). But the job is done & done well. Suffice to say, I'd HIRE AGAIN in a heart beat!

Very professional. Took about 1 hour to complete even after having to climb into the attic to cut a larger hole in the ceiling to install a new electric box and stabilizing bar for fan. Will hire them again. Great job Mason and your partner. My wife loves it. Thank you.

Provided a no cost estimate of costs and timetable for installation of full house/shop back up generator system. The same “crew chief”. (Mason) provided the estimate and worked/oversaw the work of others on site throughout the installation process. Thee were several holdups from the original schedule due to difficulties with delivery of the generator, but not in coordinating the work schedule and getting the work done smoothly and efficiently.

The team arrived exactly on time and got to work. We ran into an issue with the vanity lights that I bought did not fit above the mirror, but with a little finesse they were able to find a solution and make them work (Thank you!!). Hooking up the heated floors and installing the ventilation fans were also very smooth, no issue at all. They cleaned up like they never were there and pricing was as expected. Outlet was great. Light was unable to be moved until a new fixture is purchased with longer wire. Not their fault but frustrating since I'll have to pay the same amount again for a return visit and the outlet only took 15mins.
