Description of Work: Had an unexplained concrete holding tank with water appear underneath a deck that was removed, needed to figure out what it was before I could proceed with a quick approaching deck replacement. |Columbia was very responsive, came out the same day, explained what it was, how it worked with a dry well, unplugged clogged pipes for drainage underneath my house, and was very helpful.
