Carpet was wet (saturated) for 4 days. Specific dirty spots we discussed in advance were still just as visible. Several stairs had damage along the walls. Received a call one week later requesting that I stop payment on our check and mail a new check. No offer of reimbursement of $31 stop payment fee.

They contacted me after I went on Angie's List site. I called back and left message. No response. Called back again and made an appointment with Elvio, to have them come and pick up the carpet on 4/24/19 at 9:00 a. m. They never showed nor did they call. I can't imagine why you even have them on your list. Definitely look elsewhere for someone to clean our beautiful oriental rug. R Upson

We have used this company two times and they do a great job. They are easy to work with busy schedules, quick and efficient. They don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need, or charge extra for spots. They got out spots other carpet cleaners couldn't get out. I have recommended them to friends and they have been pleased as well.
