Description of Work: Awesome service, great job by Bill. Sunday late afternoon line clog (and a holiday weekend, to boot!), he was here within a couple of hours, figured the issue out, completely explained the plan, took care of biz within an hour! We will certainly use these guys again! No B.S. with pricing, I was quoted over the phone, there was no deviation. Bill had a great attitude for having to work late on a Sunday, will request him when we do our preventative maintenance for our drains!

Description of Work: I called them to come clear a clog in the pipe that our washing machine empties in to. After trying to clear the line with two different power snakes, he couldn't get through the line because the u-trap at the bottom of the pipe was too tight for the small snake to get through. He decided the best solution would be to cut the pipe about the u-trap so he would have a better chance of getting his snake through it. All of the batteries for his sawsall were low, so it took him a long time to cut the pipe. After quite a while, he finally got through the pipe but was still unable to clear the line. I asked him to leave since he was getting so frustrated (and so was I). I ended up finishing the job myself and everything works fine now. They were nice enough not to charge me for the 2+ hours he was there.
