The work went exactly as planned. Clog Pro showed up on time and repaired my sewer pipe in a timely and efficient manner. I was only without sewer in my house for an hour or so. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need plumbing services in the future, they will be the first contractor I call!

Dan was prompt, personable and professional. He did a great job on a challenging problem. Price quoted was $400, and actual out of pocket was 40 cents under! Dan was very considerate, taking his shoes off when he entered the house, pristine clean up, and tolerated our pups. Steve was the point contact initially and also could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We will keep this company on our favorites list.

Chris from Clog Pro, Vancouver called and got here an hour before scheduled block of time, which was great! He explained everything to me, like how if it was the sewer main line it would be backing up into the shower and tub. I was trying to diagnose the problem myself and he could have completely ripped me off because I thought it was some dire problem. Instead I got Chris, who is honest and professional, and he showed me on paper what the problem was so I understood. I thought it would cost me $500.00 or more, but it was just something clogged in the toilet and he augered it for only $164.00. Needless to say I was very pleased and will not hesitate to call them for anymore plumbing problems in the future. I would recommend Chris to everyone who wants an honest plumber.

He arrived on time. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself even disposing of my old stuff.

I called on a Friday night and was told that they could come out first thing Monday morning. I was given advice on how to prevent a fire from the electric water heater and where to shut the water off to stop most of the leaking from piping leading into the house. There were two shut off valves. I shut the water off at the main point in the house but I didn't know about the other two things I was advised about. This was extremely helpful. I still had cold water that remained on but with little pressure. It got me through the weekend. It was a little pricey but as costs are today it was probably quite reasonable. Robert got the job done quickly and efficiently and I couldn't appreciate that kind of work more. I am very grateful to them all.

The guys and gals in the office responded quickly even though I said that it wasn't an emergency. Dan (the plumber assigned) was very nice. He shared good information about possible causes of our shower drain leak problem. He gave us options on which way to proceed.

My name is Brian. I am a Marine serving in North Carolina but I have a rental in Vancouver. Most reviews I leave or letters I write regarding businesses are based on negative experiences. This review is different. I don’t care if it is a law firm, mechanic shop, real estate firm or plumbing company, we all know that the main goal of a business is to make money; however, nothing earns my loyalty like evidence that the person I hire puts their customer’s best interests over their own profit margins. Terese at Clog Pro did this for me when she saved me over $5,000 this year. This was a huge expense that did not fall under insurance and I had to pay for out of pocket. I had already made payment to Clog Pro when I received a surprise phone call by Terese, telling me that I am having my money refunded due to Clog Pro negotiating with the city on my behalf. The city fixed the problem free of charge. Clog Pro could have charged me, completed the job, and made some money. Instead, they looked out for me at their own expense. That says so much!!! Some businesses make their money by price gouging one-time customers in volume. Other businesses make their money by taking great care of their clients and building a business off of a well-earned reputation and attracting customers that are intelligent enough to seek out this value. It is clear to me what kind of company Clog Pro is from this experience. Hopefully I won’t have any plumbing problems soon, but when I do, I will know who to call. Thanks again Terese!

First of all, Dan was available immediately, and arrived a half hour after me call. Very professional, shared good information on how to avoid the problem in the future.

He fixed a toilet that must have been 40 years old in our day care. He had to find the ancient parts and fix the leak. We asked him as an aside if he might know if the drain in the newer bathroom could be the cause of the smell we couldn't seem to control. He knew exactly what the problem was, found the part we needed and fixed it that day also. He also gave us great advise on stopping the issue if it happens again. He also gave us some advise on other issues - as he was giving us an estimated price to fix it - that saved us some money. Don is amazing and we will use him again.

Louis Griffith from Clog Pro provided excellent service. Our cover to our sewer clean-out had been inadvertently cemented shut when we had cement for a new walk-way poured. Louis was very good about carefully chipping out the cement to get the cover off without damaging anything. After he inserted the camera, he completely showed me the video feed and explained it to me. There were no roots in the line. He was very good about taking the time to explain what we should do to keep the line clear. I would recommend him to anyone having questions or problems with their sewer line.

This is exactly what I expect out of a professional service; prompt, attentive and impartial service by a knowledgeable pro, fairly priced. We had a whole house drain "emergency" on Saturday, cleaned up the mess but didn't know why it was backing up, stopped using most water, then I found Clog Pro on AL Monday morning, called them and they were out on a regularly scheduled visit the next morning (if it was still an emergency, I think they would have made it out immediately). David, the technician, was very smart, knew his plumbing well it seemed, and also quite a bit more about house design/construction/maintenance. (He even spotted a possible critical grounding problem with the whole house, and suggested I repair or contact an electrician asap). After suggesting I not replace two faucets that aren't now giving us any trouble, he then, as I say, quickly fixed the one bad faucet, cleaned up his work, billed me and was off, then later the same day another Clog Pro tech was out to clear the drain line, right where David first suggested he try! (this was a separate, $240 charge). Great service, excellent work, decently priced!

Amazing! It was money well spent. Our basement has never been dryer in spite of the fact that our area experienced record rainfall after our job was completed. A big relief! This was a huge and messy project. Clog Pro showed up with a team and they went to work. With heavy manual digging the workers had the front hookup completed in a day. The back of the house proved more complicated than expected. I was very impressed with how professional the workers remained. They ended up working late in order to get this part completed and get our water back on. They communicated regularly throughout the process. When the job was complete they put our yard back together as best as they could. The ground was soaked from all of the heavy rains. A few weeks later someone from the company came by the house and checked on the yard. They left a message on our home phone indicating that the company would be back to take care of the extra ground settling that had happened due to the ongoing rain in the days after the job was completed. Apparently they check back on their projects on a regular basis to be sure the ground is solid and level. Impressive. Two of our neighbors have since contacted ClogPro for similar issues.

Louis arrived within the previously quoted time frame and asked to see where the work was to be done. He hydro jetted the downspout successfully and answered all of my questions. We were concerned about possible tree root damage to our sewer line so wanted to have a scope done as a precautionary measure. Louis gave me his thoughts about the necessity of doing this which I appreciated because it showed me that he wasn't trying to perform more services than was really necessary and he wanted to do what was cost effective for us. For peace of mind we decided to go ahead with the sewer scope and it all went well. I will definitely use Clog Pro again in the future and would gladly work with Louis again.

Overall, it went pretty well. The video provided looked like the work was well done and complete. There are no complaints in terms of the work performed. I was not happy about how they treated my property. Gates were left open, the moved heavy landscape materials and didn't put it back.Gloves were left behind and equipment was left behind in the street without warning. There was an emergency elsewhere and he needed to leave, but the communicate to me was very poor. Despite the low professionalism - I would still use them again. The office staff was great and kept everything under control and moving. A Good Company!

These folks went above and beyond to unclog a nasty jam. They were more than courteous, very professional and prompt. Their service exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate to use Clog Pro in the future - hands down the best.

We have a small 1922 home in N Portland, with a finished basement. There is a full bathroom in the basement, and the toilet and sink are connected to a Zoeller sewage ejector pump. The pump needed to be replaced, so I ordered the replacement, and called Clog Pro for the installation. Chris came out for the install on Sunday and was very friendly and great to work with. He cleaned out the basin, took out the old pump, and installed the new one. I would definitely recommend ClogPro for this type of service.

We will absolutely use Clog Pro Plumbing and Drain for all future blockages. Chris B. arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was professional, efficient and neat. He was very respectful. In addition to sovling our problem, Clog Pro waived the truck charge ($20) because of our membership in Angie's List. We very much appreciate Clog Pro's service. We received two calls keeping us informed about when Chris B. would arrive. If you've not had the problem of a clogged drain, be assured that $165 is a fabulous price for the service. The big name competitors charge more than twice that.

I called and scheduled an appointment this morning to have my sink unplugged. The girl who made the appointment said it would be $165. and $20 truck fee. I told her I had the Angie's list coupon she said that would take care of the truck fee. When the guy showed up to do the work he asked what I had put in the drain. I showed him the bottle. HE said it is acid and very harmful to his cable so he would have to pass on the cost of the cable, it is usually divided between 2 customers so I would pay the half now and the next customer would pay half. He was more interested in telling me how much damage the drano was going to do than unplugging the sin\k. I asked him if it so dangerous why are you just standing there talking to me about this why arent you unplugging the sink. The paperwork and costs were more important to him so I just asked him to leave. I said that the person who schedules the appointments should tell people about this as well. HE said she is not a plumber to which I responded neither am I.

I don't realize now they specialize. They got indoor plumbing guys and then you have outdoor plumbing guys. Our inside technician doesn't find anything wrong so they're going to send the outside technician. The technician took probably less than 10 minutes to give me a quick assessment. Then of course they got the tools, got in and found the problem. They even got it taken care of in 8 hours. It took the outside technician 4 hours to get out here. He worked for 4 hours and then came back the next day, then finished up the job. We haven't had a problem since. Needless to say, we're going to be calling them if we have any problems either way. The guy who owned the house before did his own recon-structuring of the line from the house to the sewer line. There are rube goldberg ways of putting pipes together and he used all of them. The guy from Clog Pro said, look, I'm going to put this on here and I'm going to run this pipe from there to the sewer. Two pieces instead of six different joints. He said I'm surprised you had anything that actually got to the sewer. I said, well considering after he did the job, stuff moves a lot faster. Pricing was within comparable range.
