Clog Pro sent out someone the same day I called to clear one particularly clogged drain and three others that need some TLC as well. Louis was quick, clean and knowledgable. Will definitely use these guys again if we have drain issues.

They must never have been cleaned in the 8 years since the house was built. We had some heavy rains this spring and the cleaned gutters backed up and made a mess on three of the homes corners. Finally figured it out and Clog Pro was there the next day. They flushed a lot of stuff including some big Christmas Light mounts that were probably a big part of the problem. The technician was awesome. He got the job done, was totally professional and showed up on time on a Sunday. I would highly recommend Clog Pro for any type of plugged drains problems..

Jason was professional and explained the pricing and procedure to start. He answered all my questions, was quick and thorough clearing the clog. We had called another plumber before Clog Pro and will not make that mistake in the future.

I spent a lot of time, energy and money trying to do the work myself before realizing I wasn't able to get everything put back in order. I contacted Clog Pro before 8:00 AM this morning and received a call back from Kim (who was very friendly, helpful and kind) to schedule an appointment window between noon and 2:00 PM today. I received a call before noon to let me know I could expect Jason within the hour. Jason Baisch arrived on time, took a quick look at what needed to be done, gave me a very reasonable estimate and completed the work within 40 minutes. He was able to use all of my old parts and made sure everything was leak-free before leaving my home. He was courteous, professional and provided excellent service. I am so thankful to Jason and Clog Pro for helping me get my kitchen back in working order quickly and at an affordable price. Now I'm off to Home Depot and Lowe's to return all the parts I bought yesterday! Thank you, Clog Pro and Jason Baisch, for a job well done! Had sudden clog in kitchen sink. Steve was great in scheduling an appointment and the tech, Louis, was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. He got our sink working in about half an hour and shared some knowledge that will help us keep our pipes in good order. Will call them again if need arises and would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. GREAT people!

I called for service at 4:30pm and Jason arrived at 8:30am. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. No mess or clean up when he left and I was able to use my Angie's List coupon. I will certainly call again if I have plumbing needs.

He got the water to stop running out of the tub spout while you're taking a shower. It was phenomenal as other providers told me it wasn't feasible.

Awesome service. Readily available, quick to arrive, polite and extremely professional. Patrick did a great job. He proactively found and fixed a leak we had been having intermittently – in addition to just clearing the lines as originally requested. He asked if we wanted the leak fixed before doing the work, of course. Left no mess and even made a stunning effort to put everything back the way he found it. I will definitely be calling these guys (and asking for Patrick) the next time I have a plumbing issue.

The good: 1. came same day in the time range specified 2. work was done quickly and everything works The bad: 1. Their price is $175/hour with one hour min and a $20 truck fee (yes, I should have asked). This is about 25% above the area average. 2. Plumber did not initially bring in his tool box so some time wasted going back out to get it. But with a one hour min it made not price difference. Just not efficient. 3. The plumber did not have a 1/4 inch compression nut needed for the install so I had to drive to a hardware store (I may have played a little loose with speed limits) to get one while he worked. I had said what I wanted done when I called in the job so it really seems to me that when you charge premium prices you should provide premium service. 3. Plumber could not get credit card reader to work so I had to pay by check. The $209 price was knocked down to $189 with the new customer coupon. Still pretty good for what was in total 25 min actually on the job.

I received a call the night before to confirm service. Louis arrived on Sunday morning at 8:15am, within 15 minutes of his estimated time and he quickly resolved the issue and was happy to provide advice on how to minimize the likelihood of the problem recurring. He was professional and pleasant to work with.

Once again, Clog Pro provided great service. Chris Baugh, who installed the toilet, did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable and personable. Steve, who was my contact with the company, was also helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will call the company again when the time comes.
