Clog Pro Plumbing And Drain

I called ClogPro and was told a technician would be available for that afternoon and that I would receive a call to confirm the time. About an hour later I was told Jason was just leaving a job in North Vancouver and would be at my northeast Portland house soon. He arrived within 30 minutes and was able to get both sinks draining beautifully in a short time for a very reasonable price. Not long after he left I received another call from the company just to make sure all had gone well. I'd used ClogPro once before a few years ago and had the same positive experience. They're really great.

The rental house that I was in the process of selling failed a sewer inspection. The buyer and I were both surprised, since the house was only 17 years old.... The video inspection showed that the PVC pipe under the street was not draining completely due to a belly in the line-probably from earth settling after installation. It had never clogged completely or caused any problems, but because it failed inspection, it needed to be replaced before the sale could go forward. I contacted several potential repair companies and received either unsatisfactory responses or none at all... Clog Pro got back to me promptly and scheduled to meet me just two days later. Time was of the essence since the closing on the house was already scheduled! I sent Clog Pro the video link of the sewer inspection in advance of our appointment to clarify the issue. I was hoping that since the problem was under the street, that the City might be responsible for the issue, but learned that was not the case... Jesse from Clog Pro met me at the appointed time and outlined the remedy for the situation. Because the issue was in the last part of the pipe, under the street, it would need to be excavated and replaced, traffic diverted, and the street re-paved as part of the job. Other utilities were in the area of excavation, which made it more challenging, and required hand digging etc. The pipe was 12 feet underground...a major project.... Jesse was up front and said this would be expensive to repair.... But it needed to be done and he impressed me with his expertise from 19 years in the business, and assured me that the company could handle the job. They handled all county permits and posted the bond necessary for the job to go forward. The closing was scheduled within a week and Clog Pro could not start the job until after the closing date. Jesse helpfully suggested that if the the buyers wanted and to move in before the job was complete (they did), that we could set up payment for the job in the escrow account at closing so the buyers would be assured that the repair would be done. This was really a helpful suggestion, which worked for the buyers and the title company. The job was stared as scheduled right after the buyers moved in. Due to required soil compaction tests by the county, which took a couple days, the job took over a week to complete. But service to the home was only interrupted fort a couple hours while the new pipe was actually being installed. The communication and updates from Clog Pro were fantastic. Terese was my main company contact and she was just great to work with. Although this was an unpleasant and expensive last minute surprise in selling this home, Clog Pro handled everything in the best possible way. I highly recommend them!

Good results! Plumber arrived promptly and was very positive, friendly, and professional. Explained the issue well, adjusted toilet flow to hopefully reduce future issues, and cleared clog.

First, I had a real flooding problem with sewage backup in my basement, and I was very concerned to get someone quickly. I was making calls at 1:00 the previous night, and Clog Pro called me at 7:13 that morning and offered to get someone out here that morning. They were here before 9:30. I love them just for that. Jason came and cleared my main sewer line to the street. He had to work a little around the washing machine and basement sink and didn't complain about that at all. He snaked it first and found tree roots were causing the problem. He then ran a hose with high pressure water to break up the roots and flush them out. I also decided to pay for the scope inspection, as I have an old house and had wondered for a while about the shape of the sewer pipes. That was interesting and useful to me. They also send you a copy of the video in case you need it for future work. Jason worked the problem, was very professional, explained what he was doing and answered my questions thoughtfully.

I called on a Monday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Robert showed up as scheduled and looked at my issue. He did tighten the shower handles for me but said that was not the issue and that the leak I have in the shower into the wood in my basement is caused by a calking issue. He showed my why he thought this was the issue. Robert didn't charge me for his visit since this wasn't a plumbing issue.

I am very picky and have high expectations and want good value for money! Clog Pro more than met my expectations with their professionalism, promptness, quality of work, and value, from the minute I called to make appt to when they made follow up call to see if everything was okay. When I called to make an appt, I was told they had an opening the next day, but would call me if they could get me in earlier. A few hours later I received a call telling me Robert would arrive in 45 minutes! He arrived and gave us a reasonable quote. He went to pick up a part, and didn’t charge us for the time it took to get the part. Wow! Robert was very conscientious, and communicated what needed to be done and how much time it would take, and to my astonishment, completed the work in record time. I plan on telling all my family and friends to only call Clog Pro when they are looking for a plumber. I was thankful the other 5 companies I called had a two week back up. Now I know why Clog Pro has such outstanding ratings.

Drain in laundry room overflowed...they came out promptly. Unfortunately it was so packed in there and there was a p-trap so tight that the auger couldn't even get through. Suggested calling Perfect Flush - they came out within an hour and finally got it unclogged. We decided to completely redo the old 50 yr. galvanized plumbing in that section - putting in the correct p-traps & connections with plastic piping to facilitate any future needs. I completely appreciated the referral to another company that could actually deal with the messed up 50 yr. old plumbing.

Even though my need wasn't urgent, when I called the main office they were able to send out a plumber within just a couple of hours. All interactions were very friendly a professional. I was contacted before the plumber arrived to let me know they were close, and then afterwards I received a call to make sure everything was up to my expectations. The plumber, Jason, was prompt, clean, and friendly. The cost was not bad, and was clearly explained before the work was done. Very happy to find this company! Keep up the good work!

I chose right company! Good communication and service. I tried to cleaning by myself and found the problem was beyond my ability to do. I called Clog Pro and left a message. They call me back within 30 min. Notify me about 30 min before they came to my house. Louis came to my house to do the job. He explained the process and answered all my questions and concerns. He cleaned about 60’+ length of pipe which is from kitchen to bathroom where connects the main pipe. 20 years of debris were all gone! After he finished cleaning, he went to basement to check any leakage too. I received follow up call later. Fee was worth for the service.

the service person got right on it and snaked the sink several times and rinsed the line for quite a while. He also counseled on how to minimize a repeat of the clog and today out the cabinet to avoid mold, etc.

Terrific! Louis was efficient and clearly explained why the toilet was not working properly. I will use them any time I need a plumber and highly recommend them to others.

My biggest concern was this - They charge a one hour minimum I was not made of where of this until the contactor was packed up and ready to leave & I was looking at my bill. Clearing the one drain only took 20 minutes. I would've had him do the other one had I understood I was going to pay for an hour anyway. He did not offer or suggest it and when I called to complain they said they don't offer that kind of service. I suggested they come back at their convenience and do the other drain as a courtesy or very discounted but they said I needed to accept some responsibility for it and declined to do that. There was also a $20 truck charge that they hadn't told me about when I called. The office Manager offered me a $20 credit. I would try another contractor next time

They did a great job and cleaned up as if they were not ever there.

Just fine - Jason is a nice young man who did the job, was friendly and as fast as possible. (under a sink that is) With no knowledge of going rates for drain cleaning service, cost seemed a bit high.

I called them late afternoon and they got us a next-day am appointment. The technician showed up on-time, completed the work quickly and made sure that everything was draining properly before he left. They were cleanly and professional while doing the work. The price was expensive, but on par with similar services in the area.

It was touch and go - in fact, we were worried we'd need a whole new pipe from the house to the street but Clog Pro stuck with it and solved the problem for a whole lot less than we thought. Fantastic!

The plumber came over as scheduled and did a good job in cleaning out the clogged drain. No mess was left behind which I was very appreciative of. I would recommend this company for drain cleaning jobs.

The plumber came on time, plus we were notified about 20 minutes before his arrival when we could expect him. That was nice. He worked on both sinks, found the leaks and repaired them in a timely manner. He was professional, wore booties in the house, which we appreciated.

On a late Saturday afternoon: I was desperate as I'm moving in two days and clogged my kitchen sink with a thoughtless mistake. It might have been luck for sure, but they were able to send Jason within 30 minutes of my call. He was respectful and professional and got it fixed within the hour. An hour after that, I had a call from the company asking if it all went ok and any concerns or feedback. Nothing but good to report. Price was a bit hefty but hey, it's a Saturday late afternoon and service within 30 minutes; I'm really not complaining. I forgot to mention I was an Angie's List referral for a discount, but that's on me. Nice job, Jason! Thanks!
